MANNNN I ordered from doordash and Im not a fan of NC food, Im from GA. Me & my fiancé HAD TO CALL to give it to the WHOEVER... MADE THAT PIZZA!!! Saturday evening 01/08/22 I ordered a supreme pizza and apple pies from Pizza Hut on Waughtown St. in Winston Salem N.C. 27107 .... The order was complete at 7:30pm or so , after 9pm I started to get alittle concerned about my order which showed on my phoneapp it had been made and was out for delivery around 9:30pm maybe. After 10pm I called the store , inquired about my order andwas told it has been cancelled but I was not given a reason why. The order had been brought out but not delivered , the driverhad my cell number but did not call. I had ordered pizza from this store before so I'm not understanding what happened on thisdelivery and no one tried to explain why the driver failed to do his/her job. I had a hungry family sitting here waiting onPizza Hut to delivery our dinner and it does not show up after 3 hours and no one tells you why! Very poor customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in. When someone came to the front he stated my pizza was ready but... it would be 4 minutes until my wings were ready. I waited over 10 minutes with no one checking on my order. Another worker cameup front and put items in the heater where carryout orders were located. He did not ask if we had any orders or if we had beenhelped. Another customer and myself stood waiting for food. A woman employee came out and gave us our orders. The entire time myfood was in the carry out warmer and no one "had enough time" to basically give us our food. Read more
Our delivery order took almost two hours, which I think the manager delivered to us. She was nice an apologetic, but we got our... order and had paid for cheese sticks but got regular breadsticks instead. I called the store and the employee who answered thephone just said ?hello?, not verifying that I had actually called the store and let him know. He said that they were out ofcheese sticks. That?s fine, but a notification would have been nice because I paid extra for them. I was offered storecredit?but we are about to move so that would be pointless. The employee hung up on me.
