The food showed up cold.. The delivery driver was really nice nice. But on the website you cannot order bread sticks. Only... mozzarella sticks. We ordered mozzarella sticks they did not show up. I called Pizza Hut they said we would not be chargedbecause they were out. But we were still charged. Read more
One of the absolute worst pizza huts to dine with! Called and placed my order with one of the most non happy disgruntle... employees who clearly should have choose a different career path! Got the order completely wrong after repeating it o er thephone six times! Called back after the order arrived and talked to the manager another disgruntle pizza worker! We waited for an hour for a curbside order. After I drove up to where my wife was waiting with my 3 year old. I was told after... 15 minutes that it was on its way out. I drove up went in, and was told that the phones were down. My wife waiting outside inclear view of the front door. The manager did not apologize, but was surly with me. I have been a fan of PizzaHut since my childhood. I was devastes when they closed the air down restaurant on Robinhood Rd. This... location is for take out & delivery only. I assume the low stars are because of the staff and service as they can be hit ormiss. However, I truly believe that out of all the ?Fast Food?? chain pizza places, Hut has the beat flavor. Their crust iscrunchy & buttery and gives it that unique taste. We got the new ?Detroit? style which has the sauce on top of the cheese and itwas great. I am giving it 3 stars because of the flavor and because it beats all the other chains hands down! Read more
