Been here twice recently and don't understand why people go... 4.99 for a slice? Yeah, no. Employees were rude and ignored me... for a while. They had 4 employees at least all talking and not doing anything, but on their phones. Read more
I got food poisoning from here. Projectile vomiting as I jump out of my car was not the best experience. Edit: Response to... owner. Thank you for that sincere message. I will save you the trouble of going through comment cards and continue my storyhere. I ended up not being able to keep any fluids down as I would immediately violently throw them up. At a certain point mydehydration caused me to pass out and hit my head on a shower knob. This pizza quite literally almost killed me. For those whovalue your life, think carefully here. Read more

Ordered a Stromboli. I was amazed at how small it was. The cheese was hard. The underside overdone. Broke a fork trying to cut... through the dough cover. Bread was old. Temperature barely warm. Pepperoni way too greasy. Not recommended at all. Also triedbreadsticks. Temp was barely warm. Bread stale. Greasy to touch. Not recommended at all. Soft drink machine dispensed soda withwrong combination of syrup and soda. The syrup content in the soda is way too low. Tasted almost like seltzer water.sweet tea isVERY VERY sweet. food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the... price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the while pie the foodis fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customerservice is really good and the people working are nice. We stopped by for salad and pizza. Only one employee was out front baking pizzas while 3 or 4 employees were in the kitchen. We... stood around waiting to be waited on and finaly the floor employee had to ask other employees to help serve us. I ordered anentree salad with pizza. I was told that they were out of all salads. You would think with several employees available in thekitchen, someone could fix salad! We went next door and ate! Sbarro will not be getting any money for my family until someonecan manage their employees and get them trained on proper procedures for serving all items on the menu. Christmas rush is herebut it was very slow Tuesday evening around 7:00pm. Customers are going to be very disappointed in the service at the mall foodcourt during the holidays. Read more
