Decent Sheetz if you go inside, but the Drive-Thru is borderline worthless. After waiting over 17 minutes for 2 hot dogs and... bottled drinks, I parked and went inside to find 4 exployees behind the counter looking completely clueless including the"Kitchen Manager". Train. Your. Staff. Read more
They have brilliant employees, it?s always clean, I shopped around hard for the cheapest prices on American Spirits and this is... where I go, the food is always good. It?s the best Sheets I?ve been to that I can think of and I love to travel. If you are anight owl, like me, you need this place. Alcohol until 2am, cigs at 4am, a 3:30am full menu of whatever you want. 24/7/365.Drive two a few extra minutes for this one, not only does it have a drive through, but there is never a wait. (08/08/22) Don?t usually write negative reviews but got scolded at by the drive through employee for ordering 4 drinks at 9pm.... He had an attitude like it was my fault they were short staffed and instigated that I cancelled my order or I?ll be waiting avery long time, ?you order at our busiest time?, ?we?re understaffed man!? Like I knew that before going to order drinks? Therewas also only 1 other car in the drive through and not many people in the store when I looked. He kept going and tried to makeme feel bad for ordering something. A simple explanation of them being understaffed and it may take them a while and I would?veunderstood the situation and cancelled it myself. Was just at this location today and waited well over 20 minutes for my food and when I got it the mozzarella sticks were... completely empty. No cheese inside the shells and were so oversaturated with oil they were inedible, fries and burger were coldas well. Been going to this location for years now and this is the first bad experience I've had from them. I don't know what'schanged recently but this new afternoon staff you have at this location is horrible. Read more
I work landscaping at a shop near this Sheetz, literally a 1 minute walk away. We stop at this Sheetz almost everyday for lunch... (sometimes breakfast). They have amazing staff who always are happy and seem like they enjoy their jobs. The food is alwaysfresh, never had an issue with the food. I always get a cheese pizza and 2 hot dogs for lunch, total comes around to like 5$ + adrink. For a decent sized pizza, 2 hot dogs and a drink for around 5$? That?s a steal. I recommend this place to anyone needinga quick snack (there MTO food is so fast), or needing a full meal! Their selection is massive and I haven?t even tried the wholemenu yet. There sandwiches may get a bit pricey at around 7$ but they are jam packed, full of flavor, and are always filling!100% recommend stopping at this Sheetz! Very clean, and amazing service! Read more
This is a nice and quieter Sheetz location compared to some others, and is a little cleaner and better kept because of such. The... inside of the store was clean and all food, drinks, and coffee were stocked and ready to go, and our order was done quickly andcorrectly.
