They didn?t have any white chocolate mocha but were able to give me alternatives and I appreciated that!
Ordered an iced coffee and what i got was a cup of milk. On top of that it was .75 cent more than the the same coffee at the... Starbucks on university. I used to come here because it was better, but now it's hit or miss anytime I go there and more timesthan not it's a miss. Hire people that actually do their job right, I won't be back. Read more
Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 and my pick up time was... 7:43. At 7:44 I pulled up to the drove thru window and a minite later the drive thru worker asked how she could help. I toldher I was picking up a order for ******* and she said ok. At 7:52. She asked if we were picking up a mobile order....to which wereplied yes.....and 5 mins later we were handed 3 frappachinos which were all disgusting, our drinks were made wrong, with whipon one who asked for none and the whip on mine was all melted and nasty. So we went back and asked them to remake the drinksand while the girl who took them from me to remake them did apologize, they remade them but still made one completely wrong. Soafter driving out of ny way to go to what had always been a good Starbucks location, I wasted almost an hour of my time, $16 ofmy money and still dont have a java chip frappachino to drink. It was okay hot coffee, no visual problem, clean. Nice location what I love about this location is that in the summer time on a... completely clear one can Stan in front of this business and look straight down reynolda rd. Possibly one of the worst Starbucks locations ever. Last time I visited with my sister, they pulled me up for her frappuccino... and then forgot about us waiting out front!!! Then the barista legit drops my sandwich prior to coming out to bring my order(this is after I walked in to notify them that they?d forgotten us in an effort to clear their drive thru line). Read more
