I?m not a Starbucks fan but my family is. They love coffee flavored sweet drinks/shakes. My daughter is at the hospital and... didn?t like the hospital tea, one of the nurses suggested she try the ?sick tea? (aka ?medicine ball?) from Starbucks. She likedit a lot! The place stays busy and sometimes they are understaffed. Patience and courtesy goes a long way. Be friendly and sayhi to the barista. Strike up a quick conversation. Not everyone will be receptive, but those who do will be thankful. Read more

U can find this Starbucks n Baptist Hospital-North Tower right between The Main Entrance, Outpatient Pharmacy & Customer... Service. The line is always out the door but the wait to place ur order & pay or to pick up ur order isn't usually 2 long. Thedrinks r always amazing whether I get frozen, hot or over ice. The madeleine cookies with or without chocolate are delicious. The muffins r ok but the bagels r sometimes 2 hard. They do provide little tables outside the store to sit @ while u sit, sip &relax. Just remember to have ur ID out & ready 2 get n the Hospital then head by here if u have time. Read more

I gave this one star in hopes of grabbing the attention of Starbucks' overlords; I received EXCELLENT SERVICE, today, but I was... a little upset to learn that the baristas are not permitted to receive tips. How can you justify this?! This is a HOSPITAL,where these ladies provide well-paid medical professionals much needed caffeine to get through long days. They offer parents, like me, an incredible comfort during immeasurably difficult times, and they do it with efficiency, patience, and kindness. Please let us show our gratitude with some monetary compensation! They deserve it! Read more

The manager was super friendly and polite. When you're at a hospital with a family member having a serious surgery, stress is... high. His personality made the brief interaction on a stressful day a little brighter. Read more
