There was only one person in front of us, The only employee working did not want to let the customer go? they continued to talk... with this person up till it was 10 minutes into the order. No wonder this place isn?t getting any business, the employees herehave no sense of time or respect for customers waiting. Whoever the owner is here they have a serious issue. Read more

The person working today 9.1.2022 did not want to be there. Awful attitude. Ordered a simple tuna sandwich. Lettuce and onions.... Got home and no onions but tomatoes. She was right there in front of me when I told her what I wanted. No smile just a sourtaste and now she left me with no chance of me ever returning to this location. I?ve never rated a restaurant on google before. My son and I went to this location around 2 o?clock and we were the only people... there. The girl who was working was the most disrespectful person I?ve ever encountered in a restaurant. We?ve been going tothis location for years now. We?ve always been treated well until today. I didn?t even bother letting her make our sandwich. Shewas miserable from the start. She acted like we were a nuisance and continually rolled her eyes. Just blatant disrespect. Godforbid you order a sub at a subway. We went to the location on Reynolda rd instead. The lady there was by herself and it wasvery busy. But she was kind and professional throughout. The complete opposite of the girl at the Robinhood location. We?ve beenthere dozens of times but wont be returning. They don?t deserve my business. Had an issue with price difference from the app compared to the in store prices and the manager was so combative and very rude... to me. Will never recommend to anyone because as a manager you should be able to discuss a customer issue without gettingdefensive and talking over them. There's a lady there can't remember her name but she serves me everytime with nothing butkindness. Also had a issue with her burning bacon then wanting to argue that the bacon wasn't burned in front of other employeesthe funny thing about it was that the other employee said it was burned as well. Manager seems to lack a lot of necessary skillsas a manager. I'd never work for someone who will treat other like that. She also told me to leave because I questioned theprices....no one treated bad her, no one harassed her but she proceeded to have me leave because she didn't like to bequestioned about the prices. Will only order from this subway!! They have staffing issues on occasion, and not always open... reasonable! Best quality! ... Harvey Street, got my order wrong and said "too bad-grubhub will reimburse"! Never again from them!! NEVER disappointed withRobinhood!! Read more

The owner cares very much about her Subway and the customer experience! She was busy one night when I stopped in to get two foot... longs and had great service and THE BEST subways sandwiches I?ve ever had. The veggies were fresh, generous on the meat and thefresh mozzarella was outstanding. The owner even mentioned how she planted cute flowers like pansies out front of the store andclearly cares about her space. Highly recommend these Robinhood Road sandwiches!!! Read more

They did a great job fulfilling my online order on Mon night Jan 2, but Subway has a past history of not entirely fulfilling my... online orders as they often forget to give me the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered along with my subs. Therefore, that putsme in a position where I feel the need to double check behind them to ensure the cookies were placed in my bag. And when I askedthe lady who was working the evening shift that night on Jan 2 if she placed my cookies in the bag, she started to cop a snippyattitude saying she placed them in there and proceeded to walk off.
