Tried to pick up multiple uber eats orders and they said the same lie to me each time and to other people too. "Someone stole... the order and like 5 or 6 people have tried to pick it up already and we won't remake it because we won't make free food forpeople and uber needs to call us." Uber eats did call and they ignored the phone call. Clearly a lie when my customers only hadme as their driver and didn't have their order stolen. Clearly they just wanted to be lazy all night and not make any food. Thisis the most ridiculous taco bell I have ever been to. The lady even opened the drive thru window to try and fight with differentpeople including me. Also threatened to call the cops on another driver because they were just trying to solve the issue. Thisstore should be shut down for these reasons along with every other bad review. Clearly management isn't doing anything to fixthere problems. Please do not go here. There is another taco bell not to far down the road, just go there instead. Read more

Worst taco bell and service I've ever experienced. Anytime after 9pm don't even order. Employees don't want to work, state they... have no food. Won't fill your order. Even will send food out halfway completed. This place should be shut down. Who ever worksthe late shift, just quit. Don't even waste your time ordering from here after dinner hours. Read more
Thought this location was improving but my burrito was crusty, powdery, and crunchy.
I have a gift card for Taco Bell that I got for Christmas and just got around to using it 7 months later. This is the closest TB... to me and though I used to go a lot, it's been a while, so one afternoon I took a trip down memory lane. And man that was amistake. I walked in around 2pm on a weekday and it took 2-3 minutes for anyone to even come to the register to greet me. Istarted to give my order but was interrupted by the cashier, who got a notification her watch and had to check it, then asked meto start my order again. Once my order was placed, it took 11 minutes for my order to be filled (and this was after I saidsomething and they had to ask me what I ordered again because it got "lost" though I was 1 of 3 people in the lobby). Look, Iknow I'm not expecting 5-star service here, but MAN this place has gone downhill. I'll go back to Taco Bell (I still have moneyleft on my gift card) but will not be coming here. Read more
The service is always fast but I had a weird encounter the other day. Pulled in the drive-thru to order food and the worker on... the speaker told me that I had to order 5 or more items because they're short on staff? Made absolutely no sense. This place NEVER passes the vibe check. It makes Taco Bell look terrible and I hope whoever owns this franchise reads these... reviews and gets this staff together because they deserve to be shut down. This is the closest TB for those every few monthscravings and they have never not once gotten the order right. Even if it?s as simple as a value burrito. Consistently wrong. Myhusband ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza which is clearly on the menu. Look at the photo to see what they gave us. Aftergiving the staff grace and time to do better (10+ attempts between 2021 and now), incompetence continues to reign. Get ittogether. Read more
?Food? is revolting. I odered 3 crunchy tacos. After waiting in an empty drive thru line for 10 minutes, I received them and... they were mushy. They had clearly been sitting out. I ended up throwing them away. Taco Bell charges as much as the localMexican restaurants. I highly encourage others to support local businesses and stop risking food poisoning here. Read more
