Went early and was sat right away. The booth they gave our party of 6 was initially too small and staff were accommodating with... finding us a table. Food came out quickly with appetizer, salads, then entrée and the right times. Everything was delicious andsteaks cooked exactly as requested. Waitress was incredibly friendly! The check in system is weird you have to stand in line to get put on the waiting list. And give them your number to text. Once... you receive a text you have to wait a few additional minutes in another line before you can enter the restaurant to actually beseated. This is a deterrent on a hot day. My food was good. I order the 14 oz ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato and ahouse salad. My server had too many tables took too long to get refills and more rolls. Overall experience was a 3. I advisethat you get there early unless you don't mind waiting and eating in a packed out restaurant. Read more
Good food, the rolls with cinnamon butter… I could make a meal out of. When we go we always request Kristen for our waitress.... I wish all wait staff were trained by her. She bring you 2 glasses of whatever you’re drinking (which I love, I do not likewaiting for a refill). When ordering if you’re getting a salad or cheese fries she asks you then if you need extra dressing.Those little things I feel make her job easier and make a better experience for the customer. She’s very proactive and we loveher. The young lady at the front when you walk in isn’t very pleasant but the rest of the staff seem nice. You can alsocheck-in online which is a huge time saver! Let me start by saying, I have never left a negative review for Texas Roadhouse. But this place is like a Logan’s Roadhouse.... Bad service and even worse food. I told the waitress that this was probably the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been too andshe responded “I know”. The steak was rough and the sides were cold. Salads came out before appetizers even though weordered the Appetizer 10-15 minutes before. Food was shortly behind the appetizer, so you had to rush to eat the app before theshoe leather steak showed up. Here are what they call Medium rare steak bites. Pass on this one, it’s poorly ran and evenworse at its execution. Update from 2 stars to 1. Manager came by and didn’t ask how anything was. Food was delicious and prices were better than expected. Very busy and a looong wait. But it was worth it. Service was great for... the amount of tables the lady had. Updated review: Took 15 minutes before a server I called realized we didn't have a server.Got a free appetizer that we never received but was still charged for. After 45 mins I had to leave to be elsewhere just to becharged 76 bucks for food I never ate and no drinks to go. I want be back. Read more
The service was good. Our waiter was very attentive; we saw him more often than expected, keeping us in rolls and water. The... food was good; although the steaks ordered were about 40% fat and poorly trimmed. The rest of the food was hot, cooked properlyand tasted good. The atmosphere was OK; except for the advertisements *everywhere* for random businesses. Kind of took away fromthe experience to have an ad hanging over your head. Read more
