Went today for lunch. Plenty of seating. Waitress was actually an owner. Service was excellent!! I am not a fan of ginger based... dressings, but theirs is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! RUDEST owner **this lady owns the restaurant** !!! stared at me the whole meal. Couldn't even enjoy. When paying me and my SO... we're just making sure everything came out right and she snapped at us that it was right and snatched the money from my hand.Always have enjoyed the food even at the other location. Never usually have had problems with the staff but the customer servicewas TERRIBLE. Also refuses service if you write a bad review on their customer service. Instead of trying to make things rightwith the customers and continued services she instead refuses you or anyone with you service. This place is a JOKE! This placeis so slow and has hardly any customers that when you treat one bad and they write a bad review they remember. I did come backbecause I liked the sushi and was getting it to go to not deal with the staff but the owner remembered my face and refused meservice because 'i wrote a bad review" what a clown. The Trido Of Japan Experience ( Dine-in Edition). I wanted some Japanese and stopped at Trido for some lunch on this day. I... ordered their Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with rice, vegetables, and soup. I also placed an order for eggrolls. After placing myorder, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The bathroom did appear to be clean but should be limited to one person enteringat a time due to limited spacing. Nevertheless, the inside could use significant renovations. Once back at my table, my soupwas coming out. The soup was delicious. My eggrolls came to the table second and were hot and fresh, then, lastly, my food. Iordered a side of my favorites which is ginger and hot sauce. Unfortunately, the ginger sauce had a pinch of too much ginger, ormaybe not blended well enough. Still edible and good but overpowering, just a tad bit. The food tasted delicious. The chickenhad a good combination of heat and flavor from the spicy teriyaki. Would I go back to Trido Of Japan? Of course, I would goback to Trido. Moreover, I cannot say significant renovations are needed and do not support it. The prices are fair for what youget, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed my eating experience. Service was good, and the staff made me feel as if they hadknown me for years, always a good feeling. From my understanding, this place is under new management, and I am sure thisrestaurant will be phenomenal once they have genuinely settled into the location. Read more
