I waited over 20 minutes for my food but when I got home, the food was cold and taste old. I called to make a complaint, the... gentleman knew exactly who I was. I returned the food and asked for a full refund. The manager stated she had to charge for thethree drinks that the kids drunk. Really Wendy's. I live nearby and I know when I come here it may take a while because they don't have alot of staff they can schedule, I can... tell the big bosses are trying to control labor. So when I tell you, I will wait patiently and happily because I don't ever getbad food and if I do they have changed it out no argument. This is definitely a safe space and showing you actually care aboutthem they will in return give us that beautiful service. Treat people how you want to be treated. Worst Wendy?s in the area. If the system isn?t down and they close early, they will get your order wrong or be out of something.... And it doesn?t help that all of the employees treat you like they just want to get rid of you. Do yourself a favor & drive tothe one in Kernersville. Much better service and completely worth it..and sadly I live right down the road from this one Alsowant to add that on multiple occasions they will close early during operating hours and not take any orders and seems like thishas gone on for a while. This past week I went to the drive thru 2 hours before closing and they told me their card system wasdown but I could order on door dash and walk in and pick it up. Went and got dinner that was terrible. Burgers were so sloppy and fries were awful and burnt. Lady said they didn't have time to... change the greese. I don't think I want to try Wendy's again after that. I even had to ask for my debit card back. Read more
I go by around 6:30 every morning. Originally I could always get breakfast with coffee. Lately NO coffee. They say it's broken... until about 9 when I go back. Broken till 9 is dumb. Make the coffee people. Not that hard. Read more
