The apple crisp salad is one of my favorite foods there as well as the spicy chicken sandwich. In the drive thru I got sent to... the side in a parking spot where I had to wait, with no other customers in line. In addition, when I went inside, you can findthat the drink machine was neglected with stickiness all over it due to constant usage and lack of cleanliness. Read more

I like Wendy's and i don't usually write reviews on restaurants because im not a bitter old person who just wants to pick a... fight but something seriously needs to be done about THIS Wendy's. Im actually suprised this Wendy's is still in businessconsidering how they can't get even the most simplest orders correct. Im not a person who gets frustrated with fast food workersand i always be polite and reasonable but this Wendy's ALWAYS gets my order wrong its not just simple mistakes that can be fixedit's always something radically different from what ive order. The line is slower than most places but it never drived me crazylike from what I've heard from others. My only issue with the staff is that they are incompetent. I hate being rude and i canforgive slip ups because they happen and we're all human but EVERYTIME i go here they mess up. I shouldn't have to search my baglike a police officer to make sure i got my food. Im pretty sure we all even search our bags at the same parking spot near theback exit. I named it Herman btw. I know i could go to the one on university but i shouldn't have to. Read more

I never write letters like this but I was so shocked by the treatment we received at our local Wendy?s (2735 Reynolda Rd,... Winston-Salem, NC 27106). My 2 kids (5 year old little girl and 9 year old boy) and I arrived approximately 7:15 pm this eveningand there were 4 cars in front of us at the drive thru. It took us 20 minutes to get to the second window to get our food whichwas frustrating on its own (but I would never write a letter just for the wait). My little girl decided she wanted to get ajuice box, so I got 2 dollars out of my pocket and I told the guy that was handing me the food that my little girl wanted ajuice box. He said ?I would have to go back around?. We just waited in the line for 20 minutes and just wanted a juice box. Iwas not asking them to make me an extra sandwich or meal, I just wanted them to reach into the fridge and grab a juice box whichI was happy to OVER pay for with the 2 dollars cash I had in my hand. Anyway, I told the guy it was silly for me to go backaround to get in line for a juice box and I would really appreciate it if he could get me a juice box. He said he was not opento take money. I said ok. I saw another man behind him taking money inside so I asked the man at the window if he could justring me up that would be great. His response was in a loud tone ?I don?t give a shit? and he slammed the window shut on me. Mydaughter started to cry because she thought this guy was yelling at me. I stayed calm and I sat there for a minute until a ladycame to the window with a juice box. I handed her the 2 dollars (which I know is an over payment) and she handed me a juice box.As soon as I got it I said thank you and drove away. I am 43 years old and I have never experienced anything like this. Needlessto say I will never go back. Read more

Used to be a good location but now they run out of food late night frequently. At least 4 or 5 times now I've pulled into the... drive thru late at night and been told they're out of hamburger meat. And drinks that aren't named Mello Yello. One time theywere even out of fries. No bs. Or they're out of ice but won't tell you that until you've already paid. Just get a new vendorand be done with it. Read more

Employees got my drive through order wrong three times. Employees were not active listeners. And they were somewhat rude and... incompetent. They seemed to be in a big hurry to get it done but lacked the commitment to get it right. People check your bagthoroughly before leaving the drive thru. I will not go back any time soon. I was visiting from Raleigh but some of the Wendy?sin my town has their issues as well. A real bummer !!! Read more

Popped in around 3pm to get the kiddos a late lunch and the place was spotless, well staffed, and customer service was prime. ... Sincere effort to be above and beyond in all aspects it seemed. Flawless experience, worthy of the review. Read more

Fast food restaurants service have been going down for awhile, this was one of them. I had stopped coming because of that. Today... I decided to give it another shot since they renovated the entire restaurant. It is definitely more modern and appealing. To mysurprise the customer service was also a lot better. Staff was friendlier and quicker than my last few encounters. The food washot and fresh. The Big Bacon Classic was not a disappointment. It comes in single, double or triple. The double was fillingenough. The drink machine has numerous choices and I love that they have lots of DIET choices and not just one plain Diet Coke.I hope they keep up the friendly and efficient work because no matter how good the food is, that could be a big deterrent forcustomers.
