The food wasn't bad I've seen it be better there. The service is hit or miss not friendly like their roseburg location.
We love the pizza, spuds and chicken here. It's been the local pizza favorite since the 80's! The food is consistently great.
First off. The place is a dump, very unclean, the bathrooms were trashed and It looks like it hasn't been swept or vacuumed in... years definitely needs an update. Silverware was dirty when we received it. The pizza tastes very different compared to theRoseburg Abbys im not sure what the difference considering they should be the same but the flavor just wasn't right. Overallvery Disappointing. My first time here, walked in to order small take take pizza. Do NOT let Lacie take your order! First off, she was rude, not... greeting or smile. I go back 1/2 hour later and elder gentleman there said my order doesn't show in there system. Showed him myreceipt (thank goodness I asked for a receipt in first place). Basically, the gal took my money and tip. While I'm waiting thereanother 25 minutes, all we hear is the girl mouthing off to the manager and co-worker, trying to blame away her incompetence. Ohwell, at least the owner/manager was cool, he patted me on my shoulder on his way out for a delivery and apologized, tellingjust awhile more. But the other worker, wearing the skull cap, never apologized for the extra wait when he gave me my order.Sure, they're busy on a Saturday afternoon, but get a crew that can handle it, without any attitudes. Ordered to pick up 20 minute time given. Got there and pizza was just put in oven which was fine. We also ordered a chop salad... and small spuds. Waited another 20 minutes. Had to go and remind them that we were waiting for our order. Order was done andwaiting. We had to remind them about the chopped salad. Chopped salad looked as if someone had taken out of the garbage andhadn't eaten it all. When questioning them about the quantity and quality, their response was that corporate has dictatedquantity, there was nothing they could do. Pizza had very little BBQ sauce and very dry. This isn't the service or quality offood we usually recieve. We will be heading over to Roseburg Abbys where we know the service is exceptional. Read more
They've got my order wrong the last three times. I'm not a complainer so I'll just tell you not to go there. Go to Stephens or... diamond lake better service. Cleaner restaurants. Nicer people. Plus they don't rip you off so it's a bonus. Read more

The pizza was the best bbq pizza I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection and they didn't scrimp on the toppings.I was... greeted with smiling faces. The restaurant had a great family atmosphere and very clean. I would highly recommend thisplace!!!!! Read more
