This subway location has been poor on the customer service in the last 2 months. Usually I just take it as possibly they had a... busy day etc. But when you show up for a late dinner due to traveling we pull up and park and the employee comes out and saysthey are closed already, I know they close at 10:00pm why shoo us away at 9:15 ? After years of bad subway experiences I had all but given up hope for the chain. But the location is Winston has restored my... faith in Subway. After over a year of coming into this shop I can safely say I have never had a bad sandwich from them. Thevegetables have always been fresh, crispy, and well stocked. The bread is always fresh. And the staff is always on point. Thankyou guys for everything you do and how hard you all work. The community is better for it. Read more

2 weeks in a row I ordered a footlong Italian BMT and both times I was given a BLT the first week I called and let them know... but there App was having problems and the girl sad that's what the order came in as. So I kindly ask if she would make me a BMTand I'd be right there to pay for it. She told me she can't take orders over the phone. I have to try and use the app. Thistime I as told she could not make me the right one (even though the receipt showed BMT) because I had taken a couple of bitsout of it. This was the friendliest, happiest and most helpful Subway staff I have ever seen in my life. We were greeted with such a warm... welcome right at the door. And boy they were really helpful and generous with everything I requested for my sandwich. But thebest thing was lively and friendly service with a smile.
