The best in the area in my experience. Great portion sizes, and I've yet to have any errors with my order. There is a reason... this location has been around a long time, because it's good and consistent. I've never waited more than 20 minutes foranything, and typically everything is ready in 10 or 15. Carry out orders are also packed very efficiently and securely so thereis little chance anything can spill or tip over. I appreciate that. The only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5 isbecause even the food that we've ordered that is labeled spicy really isn't spicy. That is something to considering if that isimportant to you. The flavor and preparation are fine, it just isn't spicy. My party has asked for extra spicy several times,and it still isn't what I'd consider spicy and I'm not fond of very spicy food but some is good. So we bought our own spicysauce to add to get the spiciness we want, which works fine for us. I've been visiting this restaurant for the better part of adecade and I've never had any negative interactions with anyone. The lady at the front always smiles and speaks in friendly toneto me and thanks me for coming. My review is based on my most recent experience, the food is always top notch and awesome! I have been coming to China Wok for... over 5 years and never had any negative experiences until today. A young lady took my order and was very rude over the phone,and when I went to pick up my order, the same rude young lady gave me my order and just walked away as I was asking forsomething.....if she is there next time I order, I'm just walking out. Very disappointed with the food. I ordered a quart of pork fried rice with egg. The pork was almost nonexistent and what was... there was "grizzly". The peas and carrots were under cooked and dry. The rice was dry and seemed leftover, since I ordered justafter they opened. It was flavorless. One would think a Chinese restaurant should be able to execute a simple, staple dish likethis with at least some proficiency. The crowning achievement was a long black hair right in the middle of the container. Allthis and paid a little over $11.00, significantly more than other Chinese restaurants would charge. This place used to be goodseveral years ago, not so much any more. This was my first review and the last chance for this place.Not well prepared andoverpriced. Beware. I can't give it zero stars. The best Chinese's take out in Winter garden. My daughter and I love the food.However I agree with the other reviews, the lady... up front is mean. She accused me to submitting a bad review. I always love the food here so it's sad I had to subtract a star :( Read more
The food is good and plentiful, however food is the only reason this place gets stars in their reviews. My family has been... supporting this restaurant since pre-pandemic times and the service has always been horrible. The lady at the front is painfullyunpleasant, she is extremely rude and careless. The food is decent, but the lady up front greeting customers and taking orders could sure stand a better attitude! Not a people... person obviously. More like hurry up with your order, pay me and get out. Read more
