This location is horrible!!!! I placed a $45 online pick up order for a bring your own breakfast picnic at my kids school, after... a musical program. I placed the order for walk in service, not drive through. The walk in option was available online. Said itwould be available asap (15 minutes before I actually arrived on-site I ordered). I know their drive through backs up a lot,so I trusted that I would be able to walk in. I got there with plenty of time to make it to my child?s program, then picnic. And no, I couldn?t walk in, doors were locked. I got in drive through line and called, no one answered. I still had a goodamount of time, but when I made it to the window, they passed me my order, which was less than half what I ordered!!!! I toldthem this. The window person was dumbfounded?didn?t seem to understand, or really care, then looked down at the ticket and thenturned around without a word (which at this point is 1/2 hour after I ordered). It took then forever to fill the rest of theorder, and I missed 80% of my kids musical program. And the order still wasn?t correct, I didn?t notice the regular creamcheese was not there like I ordered and instead had the garden veggie. No excuses for this location, you should be ashamed,worst service ever! This location is in a primo spot, it?s such a shame!! Read more
Been there a number of times, sick and tired of the really unfriendly staff. I have a really simple order (coffee, bagel) and... they really don't care how it comes out and it shows. Good luck getting even napkins with your order. eh.. go to the one on WestColonial, much better. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever. Such slow service every time! I just get black coffee and have waited (not exaggerating) 10 minutes. There's... no communication (no "I'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait"). Also the coffee sometimes tastes off here. Either has asourness to it or it tastes old, even during peak hours. These problems have occurred in drive thru and walk in. At first Ithought, "well it's a new location, give them time." Now it has been years and it's still awful. I understanding the currentstaffing issues going on right now but I think this goes beyond that since these are consistent problem at this location anddoesn't seem to be much of a problem elsewhere. Unassuming location almost drove right by it. The staff was super nice and the store was clean. There was no line when we went... so everything was made fast. Typical Dunkin?, can?t go wrong here. Read more
For a first time an emplyee from Dunkin (the young man behind), made the Expresso double shot : - in one glass; - not running to... the manger to ask what are "those" talking for; - not charging us overly high price, due to ignorance. We were pleasentlysurprised someone in Dunkin knew what is Italian Expresso cofee! Oh, and Dunkin makes the best Expresso in US. Store is clean.Admirations! Read more
Poor Quality food, no receipt given, no sugar added for our ice coffees ( even when asked ) , No jelly ????, Breakfast... sandwiches is NOT the Dunkin? My Family loves. We had to go somewhere else to get SUGAR FOR MY COFFEE . (SAD) Wishsandwiches was better because we have a busy day ahead of us. Pls show care by providing customers with the great service . Don't go Saturday morning unless you have 25 minutes to order! EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY morning, there is a line of cars wrapped... ALL of the way around the building, and at least 10 to 15 people in line inside. IT TAKES ABOUT 25 MINUTES just to go to Dunkin'donuts on saturday! If you are the owner of this location, why oh, why oh, why do you not have more staff on saturdays!?! Read more
This location consistently gives out terrible service. This is a hash brown order? There are only 4 inside. And when I get home... I don?t have the donuts I ordered, and the sandwiches are all burnt This location should just permanently close. Warning do noteat here. Read more
