I love it but I just wish that on pick-ups they wouldn't pack your food and let it sit for 15 minutes while waiting for a single... item that's not ready. We get one fresh item and the rest is warm. Still 4 Stars because that's something we can control ascustomers by asking that they wait til it's all available to be packed and delivered. I like this Panda Express. The staff are friendly and the food is to my expectations. The store is pretty well maintained and... clean. It's a popular place too. There's usually a crowd in line. One time the line in the store took too long and we decided todrive thru instead, and that was actually much quicker. Nice Panda Express location with decent food. Having been to many Panda?s, this one lives up to the name and offers the common... menu items. During the last 2 visits, we have seen the rush hour when trash was overflowing and the rainy day when the ceilingwas leaking in multiple places inside. The team management needs to be better handled during the busy times. This location isalways out of the promotional items until they are finally over, example being the recent sesame chicken. PATHETIC!!! officially giving up on panda Express. Customer service is nonexistent the employees just stood around while the... line grew. One employee was actually sweeping the floor while people were just standing in line waiting on food and to pay fortheir food. Garbage cans were full and over flowing ceiling was leaking with water buckets on the Floor. Food was flavorless andbland.
