I don't say this lightly but It was close to the absolute worst dining experience I had at a food establishment. From the... presentation of the food. the hamburger buns come out ripped in half with fingerprints on them. To the bill being double themenu price. This is a wonderful restaurant. Andrew, the general manager, Brandy, the manager, and Lauren, the assistant manager on one... terrific team of friendly management staff that really know their craft of food service. I had a wonderful conversation withLauren, she actually took the time to speak with me. Had some great conversations with Brandy and Andrew as well. Alwayshelpful. If something is not made right, they fix it right away. Dee one of the servers it?s just amazing. She has an amazingpersonality and unacute attention to detail. Even the host is bubbly and friendly. It?s a perfect storm of hospitality greatfood and service at the red robins on Daniels Road. Delicious burgers! A great menu selection of what can be a difficult decision to choose from : ) Some nice PLANT BASED options,... as well. While I'm not a Vegetarian or Vegan, would love to see a few more items in this category added, along with whole wheator sprouted wheat buns if possible. That would be fantastic!!
