I don't say this lightly but It was close to the absolute worst dining experience I had at a food establishment. From the... presentation of the food. the hamburger buns come out ripped in half with fingerprints on them. To the bill being double themenu price. This is a wonderful restaurant. Andrew, the general manager, Brandy, the manager, and Lauren, the assistant manager on one... terrific team of friendly management staff that really know their craft of food service. I had a wonderful conversation withLauren, she actually took the time to speak with me. Had some great conversations with Brandy and Andrew as well. Alwayshelpful. If something is not made right, they fix it right away. Dee one of the servers it?s just amazing. She has an amazingpersonality and unacute attention to detail. Even the host is bubbly and friendly. It?s a perfect storm of hospitality greatfood and service at the red robins on Daniels Road. Delicious burgers! A great menu selection of what can be a difficult decision to choose from : ) Some nice PLANT BASED options,... as well. While I'm not a Vegetarian or Vegan, would love to see a few more items in this category added, along with whole wheator sprouted wheat buns if possible. That would be fantastic!! Your menu selection though is great. I was impressed with thequality and presentation of food. In addition, service was excellent. We had burgers, 3 different kinds of fries, 4 different kinds of drinks. The food is fantastic. Drinks are equally has... delicious. Just had a little problem with a drink but it was taken care of with no problems. Server that we had did seem likeshe didn't want to be there at all and we were bothering her. I had the Banzai chicken with a sesame seed bun, I asked for a brioche bun because I didn't want the seeds. The chicken is... overcooked rubbery and hard and way under sized. They were out, they offered gluten free and still served me sesame. My 2 sonsand I got sick from the food and still at 2am having stomach issues. The restaurant was and has been each time we come isfilthy, sticky and tables and floor are dirty. The method of cleaning down the tables and chairs is horrible and isnt being doneproperly. The restaurant is understaffed and they take reservations to stagger the seating times so the kitchen can keep up.This isn't the way to run the restaurant.
