My favorite dish has been removed from the menu.. Carmella's chicken pasta dish. Absolutely my favorite. When asked the manager... said they could still accommodate our us with out request on Carmella's but it definitely was not the dish we all love. It wasgood and yes I'd get it again but was missing the mushrooms and definitely a different taste. Slow to be waited on and slow toget our meals..2hours a bit long with a toddler. But we're understanding to the staffing situation. Manager was very apologeticand accommodating. Read more

Had my birthday dinner with my family. For a Friday evening it was perfect, as it was not crowded and a perfect ambience. Not to... mention our food was warm and delicious! First time trying the Butternut Tortellacci, and absolutely loved it. We willdefinitely be going back. The Manager Damien and staff were attentive to my family and I which made us feel like family. The manager named Colin, (not sure if I got it wrong) was very nice and gave over the top exceptional service! I had an issue... with my pick up order from this morning around 11:38 a.m. where my drinks spilled because I wasn’t given a cup holder and thefood got soaked. He was very generous and apologized while offering a refund and a remake of the food! I frequently visit everyfew months so this experience was a pleasure given how he turned it around. Hubby and I went here to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. What a beautiful place! It felt like we walked into a hidden... gem. Atmosphere was perfect and service was stellar. Michael, the manager was the reason for the 5 stars. We knew it would be his last day in this location and he will be in... Kissimmee’s location, to be honest we might go there because we trust the restaurant and the services under hismanagement! Taylor, should be more knowledgeable about customer’s special requests. When we say we don’t eat pork and wedon’t do alcohol in food, she should make sure all the food comes free of these items but what we got was with pork andalcohol in two plates out of 4. And we were the one caught that after eating it, not her. He was awesome, friendly, soconsiderate, understanding, and professional!! Food was so good, and special thanks again to Michael!!!! I placed an order via their website on Wednesday evening for my pastor and his family to help make sure they had dinner... delivered for Thursday evening since his wife recently had a serious surgery and was in a lot of pain. I had 2 horribleexperiences with door dash Thursday evening in regards to the delivery of this food. The first driver made it through the gateof their subdivision but never delivered the food, the second driver cancelled the order citing that someone else had picked itup. Door dash dropped the ball BIG TIME… their customer service department had me transferred to Kat over at Macaroni Grill. Iexplained in detail what had occurred and she was so apologetic (though it was not their fault). She then spoke to the generalmanager and they offered to do something for me that they don’t do at all, and that was to PERSONALLY, have someone from theirrestaurant deliver it to them. She assured me they would get it and would text me when it was delivered. This is what customerservice is about!! What happened was not their fault, yet they understood what happened and my intentions and went above andbeyond their duties to help. I’m forever grateful for Kat and the General Manager that helped her make this possible for thisfamily!
