I wanted to like this place. I really did. But there is a serious problem with the people working. No care at all. Ordered 4... meals. Wife got her's right away and was done before anyone even got their meal. The rest came out in stages over the longest 12minutes of my life. There was 2 other people in the restaurant so it wasn't a busy issue. My gyro came last. 12 minutes later. Agyro should take about 2 minutes to assemble max. I asked what was going on and the nice young lady blamed it on the line andthe tablet ordering? It felt to me that the kitchen was over running the front and not taking any direction at all. The sodamachine had no carbonation. I let the young lady know and it seemed like they probably knew about this for a few hours and noone bothered to change the Co2. It took them the entire time we were there to change it and once it was changed they didn't evencome tell us. There is just a lack of caring and attention to detail overall. The fries to both meals were overcooked and cold.I didn't bother saying anything after all that was happening. As long as the meals took to make they can clearly drop freshfries for each order. They obviously are cooking in hatches and letting them sit. The steak was actually cooked nicely thoughand had very good flavor. Chicken fingers were over cooked. My "authentic" Greek gyro was sad. Very sad. Like suicidal sad. Nofeta at all. Tzatziki sauce had nothing in it. No cucumber or anything. Just a bland plain yogurt sauce. No love at all. Noherbs or seasoning and just a couple thinly sliced tomatoes. Pic attached. And $10 to boot for this. If the owner is workinghere during the day and leaving night shift to fend for themselves then this would make sense why they have so many betterreviews. But I would guess they have a lot of problems later in the day. Maybe it was an off day. I don't know but for $50 Iwould expect a little bit more in terms of service, quality and experience. Sadly the food here is not made fresh daily. The only thing fresh was the salad. My wife and I ordered Spanikopita and it was... ice cold. I addressed the hiccup and they made us a fresh batch. Yup, you guessed it, ice cold again. The grilled steak wasseverely under seasoned and to top it all off the falafel ???? pita was dry. I wouldn?t waste my time coming here again to behonest. Today I treated myself to Beef Skewers with Rice Pilaf. I was overjoyed and surprised when the side salad arrived. Obviously, I... didn't read the part that is comes with a salad. Lol. The beef today was SO tender and flavorful. The rice was incredible!Sometimes, you can get rice that can have a couple "crunchy" bits but this rice was so fluffy and perfect.
