They have really committed to the bit with the actual pizza press. It slows down the line a bit but I guess that?s worth it to... them for the branding. The line can be pretty slow so not a quick lunch time stop or a quick anytime stop. It?s also kindapricey for a chain. They do have a vegan cheese option but the food is all thrown around pretty haphazardly so I wouldn?t counton anything being truly vegan. The beer selection is pretty varied for a limited number of taps. Read more

The pizza is delicious. The pasta is yummy. The beer is perfectly cold, and all the staff are very nice. My only issue is... actually getting the staff to recognize that you are standing at the counter right in front of them. I stood for 10 minutes atthe counter today just waiting on my to-go order that I knew was right next to their heads. I finally had to get back in lineand ask the other staff to go check on my to go order that I knew was sitting on top of the pizza oven. Unfortunately, waitingfor an extensive period of time always ruins my personal experience. If you don't mind when you actually get recognized by thestaff for service then you will completely enjoy this place. I know the staff is working hard, but you need to look up at timesto see your patrons. Read more

The cauliflower crust was very crunchy ingredients taste great. I really like the set up of this place. The options are endless... when you create your own pizza. next time I will try the regular crust to test the crunchiness but for now I am stuck on thecauliflower crust!!! This 12 inch is only for one person a 16 inch may feed two people. They also have wings but they are alittle too big in my opinion I would give this place a try. Read more

Really enjoyed a Publish Your Own pizza (PYO Pizza) from The Pizza Press Winter Garden last night. Went a little crazy with all... the options but from the veggies to the meats to the cauliflower crust and even with it being delivered, it was a greatpie. The PYO offers an array of options and the whole Italian seasoning, Cilantro and Basil on top of everything seemed toamplify the flavor. Not cheap by any means and not exactly a big pizza, but still, I thought it was outstanding. I found thetoppings to all be fresh and even with a little delay with delivery from Uber Eats, it still tasted great. Read more

This is basically the chipotle/subway concept applied to pizza, wrapped up in a newspaper theme. This is truly pizza ?your way?.... I always order the ?Publish Your Own? pizza and completely customize it. There?s really no limit to the possibilities other thanyour own imagination. They?ve recently made 16? pies available, which is a very welcome addition for larger orders. You can alsoget ?double dough? and cauliflower crust options if you like something other than the default NY-style thin crust. Don?t besurprised to wait in line when you arrive, but don?t despair because it moves quickly and it?s worth it. Also, I?m a fan of thetiramisu (pictured). They also have beer and wine and a very warm ambiance both indoor and outdoor if you want to sit awhile. This is my go-to local pizza source outside of the national chains. Read more
