The southwest breakfast bowl was perfectly balanced and had all the right flavors happening together. It was a huge... portion! The ultimate breakfast sandwich had great flavors on a perfect bun. Cute and cozy cafe. While I waited outside I had A lavender lemonade mimosa. It was so yummy! I had the FRENCH TOAST sandwich... with Scrambled eggs, ham, melted swiss. The sandwich was big it could have easily been for 2. You can?t beat it for $13. Iwashed it down with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte which was different and I decidedly enjoyed! Came to 3 Birds Cafe very excited to try the ultimate sandwich. At the counter I asked what other bread is there besides the... pretzel bun, was told an everything bagel, croissant and a plain gluten free bagel. I chose an everything bagel. Once mysandwich came to my surprise the bagel was so tiny and therefore we asked the waiter if this is the normal size of their bagelsand how come it?s an extra 75cent charge for such a small bagel, to which she replied it?s gluten free and a speciality. Myhusband and I explained that we were told it was a normal everything bagel and not gluten free as we are not gluten free. It wasquite the disappointment when the staff member didn?t accommodate us or offer any type of a solution. For a $13 sandwich, poorcommunication from the gentleman who took our order and the waitress who could see that we were not happy with our sandwich andrefused to assist a customer. Not sure if we would go back. All the other items that we saw coming out of the kitchen we wouldof loved to try but customer service comes first. Winter Garden gem!!! Wonderful experience, so this is easily my favorite coffee shop in town, the staff is always super friendly... it?s such a great environment and when people think of a local coffee shop and local businesses this should be the place thatthey should go to.
