Upped my score because this was maybe our 3rd time ordering from them and this was the first time we had issues and I was able... to get my order comped. Placed an order online for pickup, order confirmation said that it would be ready at 8:17pm, didn'treceive my food until about 9:16pm. Way too slow, would warn people against going for dinner, or really any time if you don'thave excess time to waste. And they left out two items from my order!!! Read more
Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful but my order came out wrong (chicken served instead of beans) which would... have been super annoying if I ordered it as take out. It also took about 15 minutes for my food to be replaced and I figuredthey forgot and was going to request a refund. The food is good enough but they?ve removed so many of the things I love fromtheir menu and the prices are comparable to eating at a full service restaurant that I have a hard time choosing TF anymore. TJ Flats should be ashamed a Franchise location is run this way. $17 for two tacos, beans, rice and a drink. Tacos had about a... teaspoon of COLD beef on each. Sides are tiny. Open kitchen in full view of the restaurant. Waited there for 15 minutes andwatched about 10 kids, and I mean kids, treat the business like it's their personal play house while two young ladies didliterally all the work assembling the food. "Manager" was fixing his hair while standing over food prep area. One employeestood over the food with her finger in her ear. Disgusting example of a business and restaurant. Hire an adult to be in chargeand teach the kids how to work. Otherwise close the doors and stop embarrassing yourself. Read more
Great little spot for quick tacos and burritos that is a step above taco bell. The inside design is really nice and they have a... large covered patio outside to sit as well. Great deals on Tuesdays (tacos, chips, and a drink) and Thursdays (burrito, chips,and a drink). We love the burrito bowls. Read more
Like their old salad much better. It use to be in a fried tortilla shell. Now just in a bowl. Very little lettuce, which they... put hot black beans on. (Now mushy lettuce). Will not be ordering a salad again. Read more
Chipotle Baja Fish Tacos at the new Tijuana Flats in Hamlin had a top notch flavor with a solid kick. I really dug the flavor... and amped up the spice of the jalepeno peppers with one of the hot sauces they had on tap. Great location, plenty of parking andgreat outdoor seating too. Really nice addition to the Hamlin area. One more restaurant near home that we don?t have to leave town for! They did a very... nice job with the location. Slightly small interior but huge outdoor seating area that will be shaded in the evenings. Food istasty as usual! Prices have crept up but they have crept up globally at every retail business! The staff are super engaged andfriendly. They come around and check on your drink refills and trash. Very nice start guys, keep up the good work! We will beback a million times. Read more
I crave the food so so so much!!! I love going here the service is mostly or if not always good. Food is amazing if you want... TexMex. Prices are good for how much food you get. You will not leave hungry! But it is cold their AC definitely works, so bringa jacket if you sit inside!!!!!! Read more
