Reviews for Applebee's Grill + Bar in Winter Haven, FL

Food and drinks were great, but I had a issue with my main course, I don't mind if I needed to pay for it or if they were going... to take it off. I tasted soap water on my plate. I'm fond of onions, chicken, shrimp and mushrooms. I know the differencebetween the flavors. I immediately didn't care what the young manager had to say when he started off by their is alot of flavorsgoing on, we wash all our plates the same. This was the first time I visited this Applebees the experience was horrible and the service did not even say they made us wait... an hour to give us a table because they had no employees and that is understandable and the waiting time, I do not care but assoon as they sat us down The waitress greeted us with a very unpleasant attitude. I ordered a raspberry lemonade and when shebrought me the drink, she brought me regular lemonade. I repeat that it was rasberry. Instead of changing the drink, she broughtme the syrup so that I could do it myself. That is to say, she has no coordination. and much less customer friendliness. Read more

My review it's like 4.5 stars. I think it was a wonderful experience, the place was clean, the service was fast, the food was... Awesome, the prices are not bad at all, plenty of parking, customer seemed to be enjoying their time and it was cool. I thinkthe employees were really courteous, but they looked exhausted. Apparently Applebee's still using an old tech for cash register,I think they need to upgrade that, and be more updated. Thank you Nica (our waitress), you are great. Keep doing your excellentjob. After long week ordered the Bourbon Street Steak Togo and picked it up carbide to go. Not only did they forgot the onions and... sides. I ordered well done and it was rarer then rare. Waste of $25 for an unedible meal. Read more

Don?t ever order to go/ curbside pickup/ DoorDash etc. They literally don?t care about to go orders! I ordered a three cheese... penne and it just taste like pasta and chopped up old chicken ( see picture for comparison). They didn?t even bother to give methe breadstick that comes with it. The whole thing was disgusting. I?ve had it in the restaurant, and it?s always nice and freshwith strips of chicken. Stop cutting up the darn chicken, make sure there?s enough cheese sauce on the pasta, and the breadstickneed to come with the meal. Read more
