Stopped yesterday after work to pick up supper. There was a sign on the door that said drive through only so I got in the car... and got in line. I was the 3rd car. After 20 minutes no one had moved. So I figured I'd try again tomorrow and left. Today Iwent back and while there was a sign in the grass saying the drive through was open, when I got there the drive through wasclosed. It was walk in service only. So I parked the car and headed for the door. When I got to the door I was greeted by ayoung man asking if I was there to pick up an order. They were only serving orders that were pre-ordered before today...No walkin customers. So once again I left without any food. I used to love Boston Market. What kind of way is that to run a business? Read more

The single star is for the employees at the counter. They were pleasant enough. But they are out of 3/4 of the menu. Not once,... but every single time. Especially entree items. They are randomly closed. The drive through is hit or miss. The place gives offthe vibe of an abandoned restaurant in a horror flick. Overall very disappointing. I?ve always loved Boston Market. But thislocation really missed the mark. Read more

Felicity was great! She made sure I got the best deal with what I was buying. Super friendly and obviously a hard worker. Looks... like there should be more staff to help things move quicker, but Felicity made sure that when I did get my food it was good andhot. Read more

Was looking forward to having lunch today. Haven't been in over a year due to the restaurant being closed here and there. Went... through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich. The worker told me they were out of bread for the sandwiches. I was sad because Ilove their sandwiches so I ordered a salad. She tells me they are out of salads as well. Well.......now I'm getting irritatedbut I ask for a pot pie. She said they are out of that as well!!!!!! So I said never mind and left. I used to love Boston Marketbut sadly I will not be returning. What good is a curbside order option if the number to let them know you've arrived doesn't connect? What good is a pickup time... if you have to wait 15 minutes past the stated time to even be acknowledged? Then to wait another 30 minutes for the order to beready. 0/10, will not be coming back. So sad this location has gone down the drain. Sometimes it's open other times it's closed. Very disorganized, according to... several people in management (they've changed managers a lot) the company does Not care at all. Many times I would go to placean order and they would say they were out of meat, or out of chicken. Put in complaints on their corporate website nothing getsdone. Only ones to respond were the different store managers and they would offer me discount or a complementary meal which Inever used. It is such a shame cause I've been eating at Boston market for over 20 years always loved how they offer healthyoptions and fast. Very very disappointed with the company over all. Read more

My experience with this particular restaurant has been less than stellar. I came in on a Wednesday night and was promptly... informed by an employee that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken. I thought rotisserie chicken was Boston Market?s bread andbutter. I don?t think I should have to wait 25 minutes for a menu item that?s basically this franchise?s ?star of the show?.When the chicken was finally ready, I placed my order and was told that the medium size cups don?t have lids. I settled ongetting large. I would?ve thought for the inconvenience they would?ve charged me for medium and allow me to have a large? nodice. Since my order was to go, I was surprise there was no cornbread in my bag when I got home. Weirdly enough when I wasplacing my order through the Boston Market app, It explained that cornbread was no extra charge and came complementary with themeal. It?ll be a while before I come back? If at all. Read more
