The service was great... Our server Cynthia was very helpful and friendly. Our appetizer of Calamari had to be sent back...... Wasn't fried the way they usually do it... I always get their calamari.. I grabbed lunch to go on a very busy day yesterday, while in Winter Haven. I am positive that the lasagna was multiple days old.... The customer service was excellent but the food not so much. The cheese was brown and on the verge of turning a grayish color.The cheese was hard and something black was on the layers of pasta. I shouldn't stopped there anyway, but I hadn't been to aCarrabba's since the lasagna was questionable in another state. This must be the norm to serve old lasagna. This chain willnever see me again. Was surprised to be seated immediately on a Saturday night, wasn't too busy. Service was great, our server, Jacob, was attentive... and friendly. Only complaint I have was on the size of the calamari for our appetizer, they were really small, like crumbs, weleft about half of it untouched. Overall a great visit. Read more
Taste is a little bit better than Olive Gardens in my opinion, I must admit! Service is great. Unique taste of Italy I say.... Exquisite experience and upkeep seems to be clean, nominal lighting environment and a very friendly waitress attended me. Veryconsiderate and on top of the little things like letting me know the status of the food, when it would be ready andknowledgeable of the menu items. What's an upcharge and what's not as well. Definitely would come here again and gradually haveless visits to Olive Garden instead. Read more

Comfortable Italian surroundings. Excellent service and great food. What more could you ask for. A great spot for Sunday lunch.... Bloody Mary is a 10. Acoustics could be a little better but not terrible, we could hear most other conversations but thatcould also be due to mostly larger gatherings, taking the family restaurant theme to heart. Two days after hurricane Ian, they we open. Amazing. They seemed to be fully staffed. The staff was friendly from the front door... to the the wait staff. What is just as amazing is the quality of their food. From the deep fried calamari and seasoned deepfried zucchini apps to the pork chop mushroom gravy and seafoods....fresh-fresh & fresh. For cocktails...gulp down theirmargarita that has a float of Amaretto(think of how, the sweet flavors will play with salt and sour) it is not sticky sweet.Their "blood orange" margarita was excellent too!!!
