First let me say, Checkers is one of my favorites fast food restaurants. Last night was not the case. First off, I had to pull... out of line to wait on the side for my food. Not a big deal to me, but when my food did come, my order was wrong, old andgreasy. I don't mean the normal greasiness that come with fast food. No, the greasy, that comes from sitting under the heatlamps absorbing more grease. Just nasty...I was to tired to take it back. I just couldn't eat it. So disappointed ???????????? Read more
They deserve a -5. Had to tell them 3 times my order! They still messed it up so had to wait. The burger tasted old and the... drinks are poured from 2 liters. I told them no ice in my drink but they didn't listen. One drive through was changed to pick uponly then they closed the walk up with a sign say they were short staffed. The floor was nasty you could see it through thedrive through. There were empty 2 liters and napkins and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month. No I am praying I don'tget food poisoning. I love their checkerburgers and fry lovers burgers. Sometimes the drive thru is slow, but not much. Don't walk up if you can... help it, though. I once had a car without a working window so I parked and walked up. I was still waiting for my chicken strips40 minutes later and I was the only customer most of the time. I think two cars went through the drive through half way throughthe wait time. Otherwise, they're pretty fast most of the time. Read more
This is probably the worst Checkers I've ever been to. Everything I ordered was sloppy and tasted like it was all cooked in the... same grease (which, from the smell and taste, probably hadn't been changed out in days). Sad to say, because I love Checkers'food, I won't be visiting this particular Checkers' restaurant anymore because this wasn't the first time I've gotten food likethis from here. Read more
This place not deserve any stars or good reviews . I buy food 3 times a week on this place on my way home . today 6/24/22 I was... on my way home driving my f250 long bed and my 16 foot trailer So I parked on the back of the building walk thru the window toordered and I notice that they have a paper posted saying that orders only accepted thru the drive tru so I ask Nice The teenthat was taking the trash out if he can ask the manager or personal inside the store if the store if they can take my order domy situation having a long truck and a trailer take the order with me standing at the window and they said nop . This is reallybad for me just because Im a regular customer that spend money every week on this particular store no customer service at all Ireally hope that the owner of this place read this review That's all Read more
Service is an abomination. I went to the walk up window to ask for another sauce because the one I was given was sealed nearly... empty. When I turned around to go back to my car, the lady at the window threw the first sauce cup out at me. Read more
Love love this place. The chicken bite boxes are the bomb. Sweet Tea is just right and my son loves the BBQ mother cruncher #8... combo. We come here often. Always friendly staff and Mondays go get you a $.50 strawberry swirl cone. Omg so ???? Yummy. Read more
I just been there and I ordered 4 hamburgers and they gave me just 2. I went to talk to the manager and she said me: If you want... two more hamburgers you have to pay. I paid for 4 and she told me: No you don't. So I told her I need my receipt and then sherealized that I paid for everything. They didn't apologize for their mistake, she just said: The hamburgers are coming. Finallyshe gave me the hamburgers and close her window mad. Read more
