Here I tried to give chili's another chance and it started out great my server was very attentive and got the drinks and my kids... food out in a timely manner . She got sat a party and completely neglected us not once came back to the table to check on us. Ihad to ask the food runner for a new bottom bun(10 mins later) for my burger because I asked for no mayonnaise yet it came outdrenched with extra mayo. Then when it was time to pay my check wasn't on the tablet , I got everyone loaded up in the car andwent back inside to speak to the manager to pay my bill since I still have yet to see my server . We had a very nice lunch today. I had the steak and my wife had the secret chicken salad. We scarfed that right down... . Delicious. The 10 ozsteak was cooked to perfection and came with two sides. Wait staff serving us was Maddie. She wasknowledgeable and very professional. She came back at intervals that didn't interfere with our meal and conversations. It was Horrible!! The worst service we ever had at Chili's. I can't remember my server's name but he was a tall skinny... Caucasian young male and he needs to be trained better because he never brought us our drinks and chips we asked for and thenwhen we told the lady who delivered our food that we never received our drinks she went and told him. By then i told her to justforget about the drinks, we don't want them anymore since it took ridiculously long, he walked past our table, he never cameto say I'm sorry or anything. I should have asked to speak to the manager but I figured you can't teach courtesy, that's gotto be in you so we definitely won't be going back there again. Horrible Horrible Service!!! Read more
Absolutely worst dining experience ever. Went in last night and sat in the bar area. Watched the bartender laugh and joke with... people sitting at the bar but never came to our table. Saw him rubbing and kissing on someone who seemed to be a guest. Then sawthe manager go back behind the bar and laugh and joke with them while my table was never greeted. Didn?t get her name since shenever came to the table but she was a bigger girl with black hair. The guests sitting at the bar ordered pizza to the restaurantand at that point I no longer wanted to eat there. Why would you order food from another restaurant to a restaurant? Made mequestion the quality of their food. Their management seems to not know what they are doing and the employees seem to not care. The kitchen was behind and delayed our seating by almost a half hour. After being seated it was another half hour before we got... our appetizers. In total we waited an hour and a half from the time we arrived until we got our food.... The value of the foodis very good and the variety is great. My wife's steak was over cooked.
