Worst Culver's experience ever! Waited 15 + min to place to order about 8:10 pm and waited over 40 min, til 8:55! I couldn't go... in because there were kids in the car. I called after 30 min and several cars received their food from behind me. The managerasked what I offered and said they were short staffed in the kitchen and were waiting on onion rings. There were at least 3people bringing out food. Not one could come over and let me know? I would have skipped the rings! I had a 2.5 hour drive aheadof me. A little disappointed - our family onion rings for $6 usually are the BEST Rings ever. We order several times a month. This... order was 1/2 the amount we usually get and was very over cooked. Read more
Drive thru speaker wasn't working so service was very slow. Kanaria, the order taker was very friendly, great smile and... efficient. I had to wait 20 minutes for food to be brought to my car, I had ordered two shakes, only one was brought out,runner had to go back and get second shake. Food was delicious. Read more
Pretty good food with the custard as an added bonus. I like how they have different choices and not just burgers! The person... who waited on us barely spoke a word( must be the new generation- I guess she expected a text jk....) while we were waiting forour food, a very nice older lady came up to us & asked if we saved their coupons & did I know about their program- none ofwhich anyone before ever told us about & she gave us an extra bag. So! Wisconsin cheese curds are awesome along with the custardwith flavor of the day. No one ever introduces themselves anymore so I don't know who to thank! It was good, but I ordered a gluten free bun and the burger came withe the cheese stuck to a cardboard tray.
Had their seafood cod sandwich and some pretzel balls with cheddar sauce. The fish was very nice. I think the bread didn?t fit... my taste but it is still okay. I can see others like this. Prices are reasonable. Read more
Great place, super clean, excellent customer service. Amazing burger, really delicious food. Salads simple but delicious healthy... premium salads. Kids meal even have a ice cream cup for free. I really enjoy this place, it was my first time but what anamazing Experience. Read more
We just left there. We sat at one table that nearly threw us on the floor. We told 2 people about it and they said they would... tell the manager. Our buns had been toasted for hours. They were hard and the meat was so dried out it was like shoe leather. Both burgers were that way. We ordered a large fry with no salt and they were delicious. Thank goodness.
