Terrible service, they could care less that I am standing there waiting. They are to buzy laughing and carrying on with friends... and phones. I just stood there they gave me my donuts now I am waiting on the rest of my order but they forgot because they areto buzy. Worst Dunkin Donut I have ever been to,they gave a plastic knife to stir your coffee.I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich... on a crossaint for my son, they gave me only bacon in a bag,thinking I would drive away. The only good thing,,,,they didapologize,never again. Read more
I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 6 donuts, and a pumpkin muffin. When I received my order, only 2 of the donuts were correct,... they were out of the pumpkin muffins (which is fine), and all the sandwiches were burnt and two of the sandwiches were not eventhe correct sandwiches. Read more

I don?t typically leave reviews.. however this is the 3rd bad experience I have had here. The first two times, way too much... cream/milk, tasted like nothing but watered down coffee. And the third time, I ordered from a food delivery service, 2 Coffeestasted nothing like cake batter, Instead straight up espresso. Drinks were watered down, Chocolate Croissant was Hard and Old,and My Coconut Mango Refresher tasted like nothing but Mango & Sugar? It tasted like 10 packs of sugar was added to it. Saveyour self the trip, and Just go to the one on US-27! Also if you can, Order from the app. The line moves so much quicker + youget free drinks ????. Read more

Dunkin? Donuts located in a shopping mall of cypress gardens Blvd does not have its own entrance and exit, you must enter the... shopping mall area. Beware of cars in the area which can be hard to see exiting Dunkin Donuts. I would guess most of theirbusiness is drive thru which is convenient. The store displays their products in a showcase in front and lacks enough bagels,etc which may be adequate for this location. Service is fast and friendly. Read more
