A star for each properly made burger in our 5 burger order. 3 out of 5 burgers prepared incorrectly! Desite this the staff was... friendly and the food was fresh. It's just irritating paying $11 for a cheeseburger to only have it made wrong, even when theorder was taken correctly. Because I wasn't feeling well, it was to much of a hassle to address in the restaurant so we dealtwith it. Read more
Don't doordash from here. They put those orders on the backbones and forget about them. Waited 30 minutes past pick up time... meanwhile people ordered , got their food , and ate before I could pick up mine. Read more
Love this place, the burgers are great and the service is quick. -1 star for the price. 5 Guys is expensive to dine alone and... you will end up paying near $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Its a TON of food, but its hard to justify the cost for aburger. Read more
The best chain burger....expensive, but gooooood.... fries are always fresh and hot and love the malt vinegar option.. wish... they had sea salt... fresh peanuts while you wait, and staff is always friendly at Winter Haven site. Read more
Great tasting burgers and fresh made French fries. All sorts of toppings to customize your burger and only cheese and bacon cost... extra. The staff was pleasant, and the service was quick and efficient. The taste and quality have been consistent among thevarious 5 guys we have eaten in. So if you have had 5 guys before and liked it, you will like this place too. Read more

This is definitely a place to visit if you are a hamburger lover! It was my first visit and it was delicious! It was an... excellent option after Legoland waterpark, my family and I were really hungry. We bought five hamburgers and an order of largefries and sodas. It was a lot of food! For little kids, if they don't eat much, one little cheeseburger would be enough to sharefor two. The difference between the normal and the "little" cheeseburgers is the number of meat patties (two in the normal onesand one for the little ones). Another thing that surprised me was the variety of soda drinks they offer, really good sodafountain. Since we were full, we didn't have the chance to try the milkshakes, so maybe next time...because we are definitelycoming back. And finally, but very important, all the staff is very diligent and completes the experience with a great customer service. Bravo! Read more
