I typically love this place and it has been a few months since I have been in. I must say today was not good. When ordering the... gentleman had in air pods so I had to repeat myself over and over. The worker didn't want to be there and their attitude showedit. It felt like we were in the wrong from coming in. Then when I asked for Mike's way eyes were rolled and way too much oil wasadd. I did ask for more lettuce because of it, but was ignored. Not good business practices at all. I love the food, but theattitude will keep us from going in. Edit: Stopped back for the 1st time since this happened and what a completely differentexperience! Most awesome!!! That coming from us is unbelievable. It never happens when we're talking food from home (Maple Shade & ... Southampton) we pick restaurants apart like we're professional food critics. Jersey Mike's left no room for talking! We gotdown to business!!! The next day our butts spoke for us ! So Damn good!!! Lol you will need Beano for sure !! I ordered a steak sub with no mayonnaise but it had it and returned it for an Italian sub. It was of mediocre quality. Another... customer was complaining that she ordered three subs online and was waiting an hour and a half, finally she was given two subs. She complained she ordered three and had proof but after some words, like "We are all new here, this is our first day on thejob", the server told her she would not make her third sub because she didn't have to take her verbal abuse. She told her shehad to wait for the manager to come in. I have never seen customer service like this. Count me out as a future customer. Read more
My first time ever there. I walked in to order food and only got through 1 part of my order before they rushed to the next... person. Was very disappointed in the customer service. Also I observed a pick up for a Togo order and they handed him just hissandwich?s without hesitation of putting them in a bag for the order and was about to do the same for mine. Best subs around. Come here often and usually great service, but last time there the behind counter help were 3 younger women... and one especially was extremely rude. The place was dirty with trash running all over the floor. We left our trash on the tablebecause no way was I sticking my hands in to push trash down and if I put it on top it would have just fallen on floor any way.With 3 workers there, no reason to not empty trash. Everytime I walk into Jersey Mikes, something is wrong, looks gross, or a person is rude. All 3 things happened to me recently.... Then I tried to give it another chance and it wasn't much better. The first night, a gentleman was helping my boyfriend and Iwith our sandwiches. Not sure if he was new but there were a pile of sandwiches to complete plus ours. I guess it was onlineorders. He sat there watching the other person do all the work and when he did work he was very slow. The other person even goton to him about working. He just made a side comment and continued working at snail pace. We waited over 10 minutes for a coldsandwich and no one in line but us. The lettuce looked horrible and so brown, tomatos looked mushy and discolored, and thecounter had so much food on it from other sandwiches. The bacon was black and didn't look appetizing. The second time we went,the gentleman with the beard made our sandwiches. He was not very friendly and was short with us. The tomatoes still lookeddisgusting and the lettuce was still brown but not as much. I used the restroom and it definitely doesn't get checked regularly.The toilet paper was out too in both restrooms which I had to go tell the not-so-friendly employee that there was no toiletpaper. This place needs better leadership. I tried to give it a second chance and still didn't satisfy. Ill take my moneysomewhere else to get a better sandwich. The best subs in town by far!!! The customer service is outstanding and the sandwiches are made with the freshest ingredients!... The crew of young individuals was all smiles and very organized!!!
