Not terrible, I guess it's the new generation of customer service. I was using the app & after the cashier asked me a couple... times if I wanted the nuggets (even though I clearly ordered the double cheeseburger) he finally explained that it was free witha purchase so I added another double cheeseburger, lol. He then proceeded to entertain us with his "singing"?? The food was notexactly hot & fresh from the grill but I was hungry and eating on the run so I did not go back. Ordered a quarter lb hamburger deluxe meal with Only lettuce and mayo, and NO CHEESE. Got my meal and opened to make sure it was... ok. Cheese melted all over it . Handed it back to the girl at the window. The sticker was correct. She told them to fix it. Ifinally got it back in a new bag and drove home only to find the same exact sandwich with melted cheese all over it. Raining ,so I did not go back. This place needs to check food orders. There are REASONS why people place special orders-allergies andsensitivities. Lawsuit waiting to happen when someone gets sick. Staff needs training!! Read more

Horrible. This is the second time I've have poor quality from this location. Fries were cold and the longest on was maybe 2". I... ordered a double quarterpounder with cheese and asked for big mac sauce on it. Let me tell you this. They had the nerve tocharge a quarter for a drop that I had to search for and that burger wasn't even that big. Wow for $10.87 never again will I goto this establishment. Manager was rude to staff, being demeaning, demanding and impatient. Manager hassled one employe to ?get back on the registers?... and to stop ? dragging their feet and staring at the lobby?. The employee obviously felt uncomfortable maybe embarrassed sinceshe was unfairly speaking out against him. This work environment is hostile. The employee seemed as if he had a disability ontop of that and couldn?t properly advocate for himself. This is not the only review about how staff treats this employee. Themanager also continued to say ?we?re not giving out free nuggets, how much do you we have?. if you can?t count why are you evenhere?.? This was heard from the back. At the end she began to shout into the lobby asking if anyone ordered a shakeunnecessarily when this could of been handled differently. She seemed unequipped, worked up, and stressed out. Not fit to be amanager, especially if she?s going to contribute to a hostile work environment and abuse her staff. Seeing this behavior as acustomer deters me from going and potentially working or recommending others to work there. I?m very disappointed I hope thissituation gets resolved immediately with corrective behavior or as far as a job loss. Read more
