We were in line for over 30 minutes utes waiting for our food. There were only four cars ahead of us. We saw two cars leave. We... would have but we were blocked in. When we finally got to the window the young man there was singing like he didn't have a care. Not a good impression for exasperated customers. We come to this McDonald?s often. The last few times they have not taken orders from the second lane, only the first. I?ve seen... many people speed off and not order at all or get a refund after sitting in the parking spots for 20+ minutes. Today we watched3 people get out of the line to leave because no one would take orders on the second lane. I figured the speaker was broken so Iwent up the window to tell them. The little kid taking orders got an attitude with me. And switched off with someone else. Thiskid was extremely nice. Got his manager and told them. We ordered and waited another 20 minutes at the 3rd window. Afterwatching at least 3 more people who were sitting in spots get frustrated and go inside my husband went inside. A lady came tothe window ?I?m sorry we don?t know what you?re waiting for? I said ?we haven?t gotten anything? and gave her my order a secondtime. Finally after about 40+ minutes AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. We got our food and left. After we left we saw they didn?t giveus all the food we ordered. Very unsatisfied. Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes, but they did not include the condiment pack, which includes the jelly, salt and pepper,... knife forks spoon, etc., and last but not least the syrup for pancakes. Shouldn?t have to explain to someone that pancakes aregenerally eaten with syrup on them. How they forgot to add all of the stuff in the bag when they were preparing the order isbeyond me, as this is their job. Not to mention, the food was cold, probably because it took him 20 minutes to bring it out tomy car. I will not be going back to this McDonald?s because it?s terrible, and will go to Burger King instead. Read more
Every time I have gone to this McDonald?s, they have gotten my order correct and the food is always so fresh and hot when I get... it. Everyone is also very nice. The cheese is always melted on the sandwich whether it be for breakfast or lunch/dinner. On somedays, the service is a little slower so I wouldn?t go if you were in a time crunch but if you are craving McDonald?s I would goto this location and they will not disappoint. Read more
Worst McDonald's EVER!!!! They have such a lack of communication! You could be at the ordering lane and no one asks you to hold... on or that they will be with you in a moment. Then they serve the person who pulls up to the other order lane after you, likeyou haven't been waiting. This is fast food! It's not made to order! It shouldn't take that long to get food. And then theyleave you at the pick up window, again showing lack of communication, while they're having side and personal conversations anddon't tell you until you've been sitting there for awhile waiting, to move forward or into a designated spot. Outside drive through lane seemed to be getting serviced a lot faster than the inner lane. I understand some orders take more... time, but when I was within hearing range, the outside lane was consistently being assisted. No rotation, and the inner lane wasalways holding, probably to take payments.(vehicles that came up beside me were long gone 7-8 minutes, by the time I was able toleave.) My order was also incorrect, with getting a smoothie instead of a shake. Just no time to fix. Read more

First use if the McDonald's app. Tried the "new to me" chicken sandwich deluxe. It was decent, fries were hot and it was... delivered to the car quickly, within the expected delivery time. We've eaten in and from this location many times over theyears, and it's always been clean with good service, inside and at the drive-thru. Read more
