Staff was very courteous, confirmed my order, and delivered it promptly.
This was in my drive thru bag like this. It was on the inside part of the bag. Someone took a bite out of it....
Worst McDonald?s ever. I pulled in to the left lane at the same time as a car on the right. We BOTH had 2 cars in front of us.... Online it states they close at 11pm. It was 10:30 and lobby door was open. I was told I had to go to drive thru. I decided to do... mobile order with app and it did not allow me to select pick up method because all were disabled. She then tells me that myOrder did not go through but I had the code. Grace from the drive thru, was bubbly and kind! I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato. When I realized it was smaller than... expected she quickly offered to remake it in a larger size. This McDonald's is a good place to come with kids. The employees are following all the Covid-19 guidelines, like EVERYONE... wearing masks and wiping the counter after EVERY customer. They have a clean dining room and bathroom. You can still dine in.But the drive-thru is the safest. The line can get long at lunch and dinner hours, but they have it down at this Mickey D's. 20 minute wait in the drive thru and I was only 4 cars back. Had to pull over to receive order. Didn't bring the drink. Worker... went to retrieve and didn't come back, after 6 minutes waiting, I left. Fats Food, huh? Read more
