The quality of food here has gone down significantly lately, sometimes it's ok and sometimes I would rather have cold Campbell's... soup. Today the chow mein had more lettuce than noodles and the Beijing beef had no meat taste over the mushy breading it wascooked in. I make the same amount of money as I did before covid but now I'm paying almost twice as much for almost inediblefood, I threw away the Beijing beef and I am not a picky eater. I will think twice about coming back, this is not a cheap placeto grab a quick bite so I expect more from it. Read more
This specific panda express is the best fast food place in the area. They?re fast, the food is consistently good, and they?re... nice. I get the super greens and i?ve noticed at other pandas they tend to be underdone but here they?re well done and delicious:)) Read more
It was okay, but the food wasn't hot. It was room temprature warm. I don't think We'll go back anytime soon. International... Buffet City next to Publix is better, plus you can choose from different foods on your own, not just have one meat item in abowl. It just wasn't my cup of tea. Plus, you couldn't get a free drink with the coupon. We had to drink water with our meal. Read more
Be aware of delivering via the website of panda express because I made my order like I would any other time which all went well... except this time where I got an email from panda express saying my order got canceled so I called and they said the doordasherhad canceled the order but still took it! They said to contact doordash because apparently they are the ones who takeresponsibility since the order goes straight to them for delivery and also that panda express isn't the one who charged me butdoordash. After going back and forth with the Deputy Manager Lisa who was extremely stubborn and ignorant saying that pandaexpress doesn't even send out emails (does this make any sense) and that they aren't the ones who charged me, I called doordashand of course they said they saw no order from me and well of course they didn't because I didn't make it through them!! I madeit through panda express. He told me to call the customer service for panda express which I did and explained all of this tothem and they instantly gave me a refund. I just want to let everyone know that I will no longer be getting food from herebecause now I know that they don't even check who comes and gets a delivery order since the doordasher just took it even thoughthey had already canceled the order. Now I will be seeing if I also get my $2 tip for the driver back because I recievedabsolutely nothing. Horrible customer service at this restaurant and wish that Deputy Manager Lisa wouldn't have been so rudeand just directed me to the customer service of panda express. Read more
I like Panda Express. I used to buy from them using Door Dash app, but I went there, to learn that, the prices are better, and... the food it's better when is fresh. The place is nice and clean, and the employees are friendly, fast, and helpful. I recommendthis place. Read more
I don?t know why some people give the Panda a bad rap, for fast food Chinese it wonderful. The staff is friendly, service is... fast, and the place is clean. The food has a ?light? feel to it and the individual items flavor comes through, unlike otherChinese take-out where it all tastes the same; heavy, greasy, you know what I?m taking about. Great for selection, quickness and price. Biggest problem with this style restaurant is that if you hit it at a slow time the... prepared food has sat for a while. Coatings on the bejing beef and shrimp were both a little doughy from sitting to long. Ivnever been a fan of their rice or lo mein, finding both a little dry and tasteless. The bejing beef had lots of flavor from thesauce but I won't have known it was beef. The short of it - if you want a quick meal and lots of selection Panda Express is agood choice and value. My wife and I pulled in drive through at 8:53 p.m. I started the order by asking for a bowl of white rice and orange chicken... and Zakiyah corrected me by saying fried rice and orange chicken. When I tried to correct her and say white rice she said "wellwe're out of it" so I said fried rice was fine. I proceeded to ask for a plate with double fried rice and double orange. Sheinformed me that the bowl I was ordering was the last of the orange chicken. So instead of orange chicken I decided to getdouble teriyaki. During the entire order process she had a snarky attitude asking if everything "was fine". We then pull up andpay and recieve our order only to forget that we needed a drink. My wife walks into the lobby to get a drink and teriyaki sauce,as they forgot it in our order, and sees that there is a full pan of orange chicken. She orders a med drink, a small entree oforange chicken and asked for the sauce stating that we did not get any with our plate of double teriyaki chicken. She asked forcorporates number stating that when we were in line that we had gotten the last of it. Not to mention that when we originallyreceived the bowl, the chicken was FRESH. Yvonne told my wife that before they were not going to cook anymore as it was 9pm aswe ordered 45 minutes before closing. She said that one of the cooks said that they should due to it being the most popularentree. I am not impressed with the professionalism of this restaurant at this particular location as Panda Express is ourfavorite fast food. Read more
