Waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell me that they didn't have what I ordered online and that my refund would be available... in a few days... Very disappointed. Restaurant dirty. No one cleaning up dining area. Drink area needed cleaning. One young employee was trying... to fill a tea dispenser but dumped the overflow tray, didn't fill dispenser or clean up her mess. Mens restroom floor filthy,sticky. Won't be back! Read more
Ordered avocado, egg, chipotle chicken sandwich. No avocado on sandwich (never said they were out). Turned back around when I... Realized it was not on my sandwich. When I went through the drive-through they said oh we are out. I said that would?ve beennice to know when I ordered, I would have gone elsewhere for something different. I ordered online for curbside pickup, when we got there I checked in. We waited 20 minutes so I decided to go in a pick up my... order it was sitting there on the counter I told the employees I was sitting out there 20 minutes in the curbside theyapologized to me. When we got back two orders was wrong we didn't have chicken in our salads and I didn't have the dressing onmy salad. My daughter called Panera and explained to them what had happened, they said one employee started the order and theother one said there was chicken in the salad, well it wasn't. So they talked to the manager and said they would give me avoucher to make up their mistake. We drove back to Panera and got the voucher. The WORST customer service 3 associates standing around talking didn?t acknowledge, so I started waving my hands one associate... walks from back after I said hey who?s working over here, that associate still continued to go in other direction. I literallyhad to walk up to the 3 associates and pretty much break up there talk n ask for help. They literally looked at me as if I wasspeaking a language they didn?t understand? absolute worst. Good food, good great service. I had a BBQ chicken sandwich with a turkey chili ????. We also had a yogurt salad ???? They have... bagels, pastries, cookies, Cinnamon buns, etc. The restaurant has a self order station with 4 different kiosk, you can order, pah, and get your pager. I come to Panera mostly for the cinnamon crunch bagel with no butter or cream cheese... Just toasted. It is very sweet that I... would not recommend adding anything sweet to it. Today, I was extremely hungry that I also ordered for the first time theChicken Thai. Salad. I apologize that I forgot to take a picture of it, due to my hunger. Anyway, I probably will not orderagain. It wasn't the best... So it must've been healthy. Lol. I've never been inside only drive through. Their customerservice is good. They have an outside sitting area which appears to be comfortable. I do not like the design of the parkinglot as you have to take special care to not hit pedestrians as you enter the drive through. I usually order extra bread and I pay for it. I always arrive at home or work and the bread is never in the bag. The cashier act... as though she was doing me a favor and said, she was just giving me the bread.
