Bad experience here. They messed up my dinner. I was on drive thru order. They said, no more 11 pieces chicken instead only 10... pieces chick. But, 2 days before, I bought 11 pieces chicken with the regular price. Now, 10 pieces chicken and the price goesup. When I get home, I got all chicken thigh which is I ordered mixed chicken. Took over 20 mins to get my order in the drive thru. No apologize for delay! Then I get part order of fries that were old and... barley warm and smashed. Asked for 4 ranch looked like she gave me 1. I said I get 1 ranch for 5 chicken tenders. Cashier toldme she didn?t do 1 I said it looked like it. She told me to open my eyes. I only have 2 cars in front of me. Which I think wasthe delay so not sure why they didn?t move them out of the way so I could get hot food. Read more
I ordered two 3 pc dinners (as pictured) and a popcorn shrimp dinner, which is supposed to include a breast, thigh, and wing and... a drink. What I got was two all dark meat dinners, two legs and a thigh, and no drinks. AND to add insult, Door Dash onlyrefunded me $4. Shame. If you don't/ didn't have the meals available you should have either called to substitute or cancelledthe order. Read more
Do not go here. I ordered an all white 3 piece meal and I got a wing, a thigh, and a leg. I did an in store order because their... drive thru was backed up around the building. Inside the store they were standing around talking. It took them 30 minutes tofill my order which should have taken 5 minutes at the most. I called customer service because I knew if I called the store theywould have gaslit it back to my fault for their mistake. Customer service said they would have the store call me and issue me arefund. I waited a week and a half and no call. I called customer service again, this time they offered me a $20 coupon evenafter I said that I won?t be going back to Popeyes ever again and I want my refund. They said they would contact the storeagain. I still didn?t hear from the store and I called again to be told they would give me a $20 coupon plus 500 points whichagain I said I don?t plan on going back to Popeyes and I want my money back. I?m told now it is going to a review board and mostlikely all they will do is the coupon and the points which makes no sense whatsoever. This store and their corporate office arehorrible. They should follow through with the stores and find out why they don?t call customers for refunds. I made my order onAugust 31 and it is September 17th. First of all the two star rating is not really for the taste of the food because the taste of the food was good the two star... rating was for the service, for the missing item and for the pricey food. So I ended up paying $25 for two people that isridiculous because I pay that much for four people at Chick-fil-A a three-piece chicken tender combo cost $10.99 here thechicken nuggets kids meal combo was $4.99 and a medium lemonade was $3.49 and a regular fries which by the way I did not knowand I found out the hard way that their regular fries are that little paper bag filled with a little bit of fries for $3.49 allof that plus tax came up to $24 and some change which was ridiculous because when you looked inside of the bag it was barely anyfood and I had to literally park the car and go inside because I was missing my expensive regular fries which they're so small Ican understand how the people didn't see that it was missing. What I didn't like about the service was that when you're placingyour order it feels like you're being rushed but I think what they forget to consider is that the menu keeps moving while you'retrying to place your order so you have to kind of wait for the kids menu to pop right back up so you can see what you want foryour child. One of the reasons that I was irritated when I saw the small amount of fries that are given to you for the $3.49was because you pay $3.29 for a large fry at McDonald's and you pay a little less than $3 at Chick-fil-A for large waffle friesthere is nothing special about the season fries at Popeyes to be charging so damn much for so little bit it's literally robbingyou at its best and what upset me was that later in the day I went on the Popeye's website and I discovered that I could havepurchased a 14 piece tender family meal with two large fries and five biscuits for $24.99 that is more food than what I receivedfor the same price in person that was upsetting so of course I signed up for the rewards because Read more
I have been a loyal customer for years and they pretty much know me by name. They always go above treating my orders as the best... sometimes they will add extra tenders to my order when I order a 3 piece combo and sometimes get handed a larger cup size thanwhat I ordered but I'll request the small cup. However like I also get served tenders that were to cooled off as well. One nightwhen they locked the door early. I got service with a carry out dinner compliments from the staff that know me, even though thecook could take my card inside he said I'll take care of you. For a fast food restaurant for all that do for me on all myvisits, I can't give them below 5 stars. There are times when you have to wait for cooking times but for everyone of them thisis well worth the wait because you get the hottest and freshest food possible. The chicken can be really hot to the touch out ofthe fryer but this still better than chicken that sat cold after 20 minutes. I don't mind waiting for hot food but I only hatethe times that when I get there the lines can be long it start of early evening hours and big orders ahead of me is what I haveto wait on. Read more
Takes for ever, out of soda last night. Always forgets the sauces. Half the time I don't get my biscuit. Waited in the drive... thru for over 15 minutes. Employees are not friendly and seems like you are an inconvenience to their day. Haven't had my orderright the last 3 times and last night was the last time I will go there. Read more
