I sat at the bar and I must say that Lydia was the best bartender ever!! She was very pleasant and attentive. And she makes the... best Top Shelf Margarita that I?ve had in a long time. So make sure to order one if she?s working!! When my appetizer came out,I wasn?t pleased with it and she didn?t hesitate to make things right!! I will definitely be going back to visit Lydia!!! Decided to go here after a wonderful day at Legoland, and after the other Ruby Tuesday's closed nearby, thought it would be nice... to revisit. The menu has changed a bit, but the food tasted great. The waitress was busy but she was on top of our needs. Wewill come back next time we go to Legoland. By the way, the queso chips were awesome! Read more
Although the place is old fashion, it?s a Good place to have some food, because it?s very close to Lego Land and Peppa park.
Our waiter, Colin was awesome. Made sure we always had what we needed. I got the NEW TACODILLA CHICKEN, I already ate one when... before I realized I should have took a picture. But these were so great I ate all of them. The caramelized onions were perfectand the correct amount of kick with the jalapeños and the seasoning on the was great. What really made it special was thecotija cheese on the outside of the crispy flour tortilla. On the Negative side the COLD RICE SALAD didn?t make sense and theyshould replace it with something else more Mexican! Read more
Love the salad bar. Seated promptly and served promptly. Server was awesome. Food was hot ..ribs..and steak..and... plentiful..needed take out containers . Clean..bathrooms were clean. Place is a little dated but no tears etc and I?m not livingthere. Did I say I love their salad bar. Everything is priced right. Will go back and would go out of my way to get there. This review is based upon the servers that work for Ruby Tuesday in Winter Haven. They always managed to hire dedicated people... who are great servers at this location. I haven't been there in awhile, but I remember the awesome salad bar. The servers makethe difference. As regular customers we?re always made to feel special. Read more
They told us it would be a 30 minute wait, and we waited an HOUR for them to seat us even though half of the restaurant was... empty! It was strange. We did not have a large party. Then we get our order and half the orders were wrong. We had very simpleorders. My order was missing peas and the bread was burned. We are there 2/18 around 6pm. I think that is just how it is now atrestaurants?worse or no service and more expensive. Read more
Aaron was fantastic, our family has come in a few times and he has been our server before and he is always so attentive and... positive. Tanya the manager helped make our sons birthday extra special. The food is always delicious and the Hickory BourbonSalmon is UNREAL (borderline addictive). Salad bar is fresh and tasty, and the desserts are phenomenal- we recommend the cookieskillet.
