I have eaten there multiple times. Every time I go the fries are super hot and fresh. The fish is fried as well as the shrimp to... perfection, as far as I'm concerned. The boneless wings are just great. Never too hot. But sometimes a little spicy. Drink isalways ice cold. Customer service is outstanding. Would I recommend this to anyone? I ordered 3- 2 piece tilapia. 3- 15 piece shrimp. 3 fried mushrooms and a scallop. They could not seem to understand "2" or "3".... First try she charged me for 3- 1 piece tilapia. 3-15 piece shrimp and A fried mushrooms then A scallop. I told her no andexplained again. 2nd try I showed her the text my gf had sent me and got the 3 shrimp and 3 mushrooms but still had the fishwrong. Upon checking my receipt this time the fish was still wrong but now it was 2- 2 piece fish. Next the manager came overand I explained again. She still thought I wanted 3- 1 piece tilapia. Finally got it through her head that I wanted a total of 6pieces of tilapia. I left the place 52 minutes after I walked in very frustrated but I did not get upset with them. When you gosomewhere and are spending $100 bucks they should be able to get your carry out order correct. So glad I didn't go through thedrive up. First time coming here. Food was hot and fresh, def was made to order. However, only giving 3 stars because it is pricey for the... food. Expect to pay $10-$15 easily for a meal. Wasn?t expecting the price for the food. You can get a lot more for your moneyelsewhere. Read more
