Absolutely love sonic shakes. Can't review anything other than what i ordered (6 shakes and a large onion rings) lol. The... churro shake i feel was most definitely not worth the money spent, it's basically a vanilla shake loaded with cinnamon and avery tough small piece of churro. None of us enjoyed it. However luckily we double up on shakes as a just in case... cant gowrong with their strawberry banana or peanut butter. ? it started downpouring while there and i felt bad for the lady having totend to carhops. She got soaked. :( lovely employees though, clean area, efficient ordering.. 5/5 In response to ownerresponse. No note necessary for your team, no complaints here. In regards to not liking the churro shakes, that's just ouropinion and taste buds, it wasn't the shake we prefer, but we are happy to give all new flavors a try when they come out. :) myfamily and i enjoy the various flavors offered and we usually order more than one at a time to pop in the freezer for the nextday. :) your location if fantastic and your employees are lovely. Pretty sad that you can never trust going to Sonic anymore when you?re starving. Literally received stale/old fries along with... little tiny hard pieces of ?JUMBO? popcorn chicken. Completely disappointing! Read more
My husband and I always come here but this time we are very disappointed. We called the store and no one is answering. We both... got burgers and they were both so sloppy and not warm at all, plus we have tots that are so over fried that we couldn?t even eatthem. Will try to call again tomorrow to get our money back Read more
Update 6/15/21 - This was the second visit in reopen times that we have visited and my order was prepared wrong. On this... occasion I ordered the DOuble bacon cheeseburger combo with a slush. I asked for no lettuce, tomato or mayo but to add ketchup,mustard and pickles. What I received was a very good burger that was plain by all accounts. Burger bun and bacon were excellentbut it was not to my specifications. What bothered me is that I ended up repeating the order twice with them repeating it backto me right both times. The only other issue was that neither of our drinks was mixed properly. In the end they were fine butthe appearance was not the usual. We did enjoy our meal but I really like to get what I order the way I order it. This was thefirst location we found here and I have been here often over the years. Went to Sonic for breakfast today. I had the Supersonic burrito, it has jalapenos and is spicy, but being from Texas I handled... it fairly well. I wish they still had the steak breakfast burrito, but apparently it's no longer available. I also had a side oftots and a drink. Overall it was okay, nothing special. The ingredients in the burrito appear fresh, the addition of tomatoeswe're nice. The staff looked like they were just waking up or extremely burned out and indifferent. That's okay, not there tomake friends, but would have been nice to have a friendlier staff. If you looking for something to eat when you're not sure whatyou want this is indeed an option. I pulled up and pushed the red button. All the screens were off so I figured they were having an issue. I was patient. About 10... minutes later after not being answered, I pushed the button again and immediately got an answer. Maybe they forgot about me.Ordered a lemon slush with nerds. No price was given and the person on the other end was super casual. Few minutes later theybrought out a lemon slush, no nerds. I politely got out of my vehicle and approached the window to let them know, hey I orderednerds with this. The gentleman took my drink order back and brought it back out with literally a light sprinkle of nerds on top.I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. So, again I went back up to the window, pointed out their passive aggressive behaviorand asked that they make another...oh boy why did I do that. So of course this spicy fella brings back out a drink that's almosthalf nerds. Jokes on you sir...that's how I've always wanted it but never had the bravery to ask for it like that. But yourunwarranted passive aggressive behavior is duly noted. Read more
