They don't have a max on the number of online orders so do NOT go inside on a Saturday in the afternoon. They prioritize the... drive through so it's faster to go through there. They are always super nice and I've never gotten an order wrong on thecountless times I've been. This is def my fav one to go to and the drive through actually goes super quick in comparison toother places. I could order anything off the menu and it's delish while I've tried 5 times at the dunkin down the road and 5/5times the drink has been undrinkable. Read more
Amazing, kind, and very hardworking employees. Every single person was working so hard, I hope other people understand that and... can practice more patience. After Hurricane Ian, restaurants have been incredibly busy. This Starbucks staff sure knows how tokeep things moving and their customer service and positivity is incredible. You guys do a fantastic job and your hard work doesnot go unnoticed. I wish there was a way to leave a tip on the card reader, I would suggest that for these employees <3! Wanted to take a minute and brag on the amazing customer service I had today at this location! Matt and all the other baristas... were all so pleasant and helpful. I didn't like my first drink, it tasted a little off. I took it in and within a matter ofminutes Matt had my new drink made that was perfect. They are always so pleasant and customer service friendly at this location!Not to mention the awesome drinks Great job Winter Haven Starbucks! Keep up the amazing work!! This guy has been talking and not working the whole time ice been standing yo get my coffee. He talks bad about management and... how they have not given him a promotion when promised. This was my first visit at this Starbucks and honestly left disappointed. Mobile ordered at 8:58 did not receive all of my items... until nearly 9:30. By the time I received everything my drink was melted, my food was not only cold but was burnt. Also, abarista with pink hair dropped my bag of food on the floor behind the counter. Bag wasn?t changed nor was food remade was prettygross to see. I understand a morning rush but they continuously took drive through orders as well as walk-ins. If my order isplaced and paid for ahead of time why is it not being worked on? The employees could really use some training from nearbyStarbucks stores. Read more
