Where to start, this place the coffee machine is broke down all the time. Now they don't carry spinach wraps or tomato wraps for... diabetics on a lower carb diet. Then have their drinks are out of stock. I went in there got a diet Dr pepper went up to myfriend's room to visit him next thing you know I'm throwing up the diet Dr pepper I don't know if they're not cleaning right orwhat but it's been a few people for my understanding here in the hospital that have been sick from the store. They should neverhave took away joffrey's coffee. We never had these issues my advice has stay away this place is a seth pool!!!! Read more

Brownish green lettuce with whitish red tomatoes (more white, not ready) on our sandwhich. Baught a "specialty coffee" that had... none of the named ingredients in the drink. Ordered 8 cookies 4 cheesecake rasp and 4 macadamia choc. I was given 8 raspberrycheesecake. When i cwlled to tell them about the meal, mgr said "i have too many customes and see to many faces to remember "with out reciept i cant replace it. She also said our coffe is starbucks coffee i dont name the drinks. This is what youordered. I said it was not.... she walked away and continued doing something in the back. i wasnt looking for a freebie but whati paid for. Manager was rude. Didnt even let the cashier person take my order. No smiles nor sense of humor. A dry nonfriendly place to go. Will not go there again. Read more
Said they needed to bring it out to us outside the building. Forgot half of the items we ordered and the items we did get were... incorrect. First time in At this location they were very friendly but would have liked my correct order. Read more
This is a Subway Cafe that sells a huge variety of food items. It is open 24 hours a day, service was fast and the employees... were friendly. Everything looked good from the selection of baked goods to the soup. I just went in for a coffee but ended upwith a cup of black tea which was good. Read more
This particular Subway is inside Winter Haven Hospital. It's been a great resource while I visit here daily. I love their food... and dessert selections. The staff is very helpful even very late at night. I just wish they had hot tea. Read more
Only subway I've seen with pizza! It was actually really good! Sandwich prepping could be a little better though
I order on the app and it's always ready on time and correct.
