The staff were nice and fast. Smoothie was good. Just don?t order the sandwiches. That?s not avocado that?s green mush. Didn?t... bother complaining. Nothing can fix that. They forgot bacon on bacon sandwich and they should probably do something about thesafety hazard in the corner. Read more

Tried to buy a smoothie and a quesadilla and they wouldn?t break my hundred. As a member of the service industry I operate... mostly in cash. Thank you Tropical Smoothie for making me go to work hungry. The place is run by children and crack heads andthe atmosphere shows. Tried Topical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and am pleasantly pleased! I had the Blimey Limey nd fiance had Sunrise Sunset,... both are good. Register girl helped suggest which of of two drinks I was deciding between and Blimey Limey was a definite win! I'll be back but not sure I would want to dine-in, all the seats were stacked and everyone was mostly standing around (orsitting if they grabbed a seat off the stack I presume) the perimeter of the establishment. It just doesn't seem inviting, thegeneral energy of the place seemed dull and somewhat cold, especially the patrons. There was a definite Karen and Ken at thecounter clearly unhappy and didn't seem to mind to inconvenience everyone else around them since they weren't happy. Read more
This was my first time going to Tropical Smoothie. The location was clean but a bit cluttered with boxes in corners, not sure if... they are still transitioning to being fully open after the pandemic or if this was the norm. I ordered an All AmericanBreakfast Wrap which was a bit cold. I also ordered a Watermelon-Mango Smoothie which was delicious and they made it for me eventhough it wasn?t on the menu. I did like how they have a designated area for all online orders so that delivery drivers andpeople themselves can just walk up and pick them up without interrupting customers who are ordering at the counter. This was not a good experience. They were out of blueberries, didn't tell me when I ordered. They rung up a different drink,... which made me ask the question if I was getting the correct drink. I received a snotty reply, when I wanted to be sure therewould be no banana in the drink, the persons attitude was inappropriate. When I get my salad open I see a pile of spinach slimein my salad. When preparing food for customers, you might want to see what you are putting together. I bet no one in therestaurant would like to eat the slime that was put in the bowl. I just went into Tropical Smoothie to pick up an online order. I walked in and was patiently waiting for my order when a woman... comes out to give another customer their food. She then looks at me to ask ?Can I help you?? I simply tell her I?m waiting on myorder to which she responds, ?okay, was it online, mobile?.?? I tell her Online and again with more attitude she responds?what?s your name?? I tell her and she walks to the back and hands me my smoothie. I then walk to the trash can because mysmoothie is spilling out of the top and try to clean up my cup a little bit when I overhear her mocking me, retelling ourinteraction to a coworker. I turn from my position by the door to tell her I can hear her and I?m still there. THIS IS EXTREMELYRUDE. Had it just been the attitude from our exchange I would have not written this review but to act like I was doing somethingwrong by patiently waiting for my smoothie while answering your questions is not okay. Tropical Smoothie has now joined the ranks of other restaurants ? pay more, get less. Decreased ingredients, decreased size &... decreased quality. I?ve bought my last wrap from there. So few ingredients I could only taste the wrap itself, which also seemedto be 1/2 the size of the last wrap I had from TS. I never right reviews but I?m sick of paying more for subpar food. As long aspeople continue to settle for less but pay more, that?s just what they?ll get. I can & will make my own from now on. Read more
