It's just another McDonald's albeit in spectacular surroundings. I will sometimes stop on my way in or out of Winter Park. I... don't eat there because the food is anything special, but because as with most McDonald's restaurants, the food is consistentand "safe". Read more
Stopped at this McDs to grab some lunch before dropping our daughter off at camp. It was the longest I?ve ever waited at a McDs... for our food. We waited 15 to 20 minutes after we ordered before receiving our food. A woman working in the back by the food wascarrying around a baby. We dropped off our daughter to camp shortly after this and our daughter ended up getting food poisoningfrom the chicken nuggets and had to spend her 1st day of camp in the infirmary. wow wow wow. as the only other fast food place in winter park i had high hopes that this would be good. we ordered 5 hash... browns, 2 coffees, and a burrito/mcfuffin. we received our iced coffeees and they were delish at the start, a few minutes laterit started to taste like caramel milk with ice. they told us to pull to the next window and we sat there for around 12 minutes.we had 8 cars past us during this time. next, we received food and had grease everywhere. we had grease all over the napkinstoo. once it bite into my hash brown it was over cooked, all of ours were actually. in the picture you can see it was justcrisp. no good cooked potatoes. both of my hash browns after finishing had PILES of grease sitting there. in the photo you cansee one of them and the other one was probably x2 of that. very dissatisfied and will taking my buisness to wendy?s. Dont go here unless you want hair in your food. I was very respectful to the cashier and im the one who walked away with HAIR in... my food !!!! They didnt even try to hide the fact that they did that !!! Im obviously someone who has a pixie curly haircut anddont have straight caucasian hair. !!! I need to report this to corporate. I can only imagin what else they are doing to peoplesfood for no reason. It was literally embedded in the cheese, not just happen to float off someones head. The workers were justlaughing and being disrespectful. Its all on camera for proof if Mcdonalds wants to time stamp it !!!! If you cant trust peoplewith your food then why come here. Terrible service... I walked in to about 5 other very frustrated customers waiting for their orders.. the man taking my order, a... tall African American man, was wearing earbuds and listening to his iphone music. He was singing along with a song and when heasked me what i wanted. He said "huh" about 3 times because his music was so loud. I asked for 2 creamers.for my black coffeeand never got them. Also, my sausage McMuffic was burnt. Also, while I waited for my order i overheard the next customer order2 hashbrowns and a coffee. He got his order before me which was fine becuase I had a larger order.. but he only got onehashbrown. He told the man that they messed up his order... the employee was upset and wanted to charge the man again.. thecustomer just stormed out... Will never be back. Read more
I wish that I can put 0. Worse McDonald's ever - they don't clean snow around, so my son fall down. Cashier doesn't know menu at... all. Manager is rude and treats customers very bad. I asked for decaf cappuccino, paid for it and they made regular. I can'thandle caffeine and asked to redo it. Daniel said it's impossible and returned money and took a drink. They didn't offer decafcoffee with milk. Service is super slow. Restrooms are very dirty. Read more
