I just walking on park ave in winter park and randomly just walked by this place! I am shocked for a Saturday for lunch time at... 12pm it wasn’t crowded but that’s good for me no wait! Dan my server was awesome! Always filled my drinks without me askingand always asked if I needed anything! I did the magical dining menu and got the 310 garden salad, crispy duck and the Oreotrifle! All was delicious! I definitely recommend if you are in the downtown winter park area!! Read more
Great place in a great area. There's not a lot of parking around on the surface, but a lot of people pass right by the parking... sign pointing toward the garage! The prices track with the surrounding area, and this place is great. Forgive the half eatenpicture, I was a little too excited and forgot to snap a pic before I mixed everything together LOL. Nice atmosphere inside andthe staff are super nice and helpful. The drinks are pretty good too! Read more
Stopped by on a drizzling Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. Was seated immediately. Had service immediately. Server was very... helpful and friendly. Said we were having a time crunch and serve said they'd take care of us. Food came right out and was superdouble spectacular. I had an APPETIZER of flatbread and it approached the size of a manhole cover. It was like a Flintstone-eraserving that could have entertained half a dozen folks. My Beloved had a very enjoyable chicken & avocado sammich that sheinhaled. (She's picky. If she chows down, you can be assured the grub is good!) Great experience at great eatery. We went to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 6 of us and the dog and they were very kind to put tables together... on the outside front patio to accommodate us. It was a really hot day but there were overhead fans which really helped to keepus cool and plenty of iced water! Everyone had positive things to say about the meal. I ate all my Rib eye steak, although Imust admit the sweet potato tots were the most memorable!! I bought a cake with me and they were so sweet and came out with thecake, assisted in taking photos of us and the couple. They then took the cake back and actually sliced it and presented it onserving plates. Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive, always smiling and if she was not sure if something she went theextra mile to find the answer. Despite Yoda the dog barking at her intermittently. She still gave excellent customer service andhe got a nice bowl of iced water too!! All in all it was a lovely evening. There were a few options on the menu that were notavailable, but it did not mar the experience. It's a great place for both casual dining and formal too. Great if you want tojust enjoy the buzz of Park avenue in Winter park as it's it the heart of the street. Great nearby parking and outside parking.Prices are moderate but in today's economy it is expected. Read more
We had the most wonderful evening here tonight. It was my husband's 50th birthday and the food was great, and moreover the... service was tremendous. So happy we stopped here for a late lunch. We sat just outside on the sidewalk and enjoyed a nice breeze. Service wasn’t fast... but also not extremely slow. I loved that our water had a cucumber slice in it! Will definitely return! Read more
During our visit to 310 Park South in Winter Park, the weather was perfect, so we sat outside and enjoyed the following... meals. Fried calamari. Domestic Maryland squid, lemon chive aioli, marinara. Caesar salad with chicken. Crisp hearts of Romaineprepared with house-made Caesar dressing, freshly grated Grana Padano cheese, croutons. Fettuccine carbonara. bacon, caramelizedshallots, Parmesan cream sauce with shrimps and the Potato mushroom soup. All was great including service. Read more
It’s a nice place on Park Avenue to enjoy drinks/dining outside even on a busy Friday night. I had the espresso martini with... Irish crème as my first beverage as my first cocktail and an Old Fashioned as my second drink. It was tasty but did not comewith the traditional one large ice cube which melts much slower. It had many smaller cubes which diluted the bourbon quickly.You have to ask for the large cube which I have never had to do before. We also shared the blue cheese chicken flatbread whichwas nice and savory without the blue cheese being too heavy. Read more
