I'm a close local that has been here several times but never anywhere close to one another on the timeline. Because every time I... go there it is much less than a good experience. I've only ever seen two workers there. I would hope that they were managers.And I don't mean that they are understaffed I simply mean that they are all what seem to be in no offense but people who arecracked out of their minds at the moment. The worst food. Onion rings fried twice and very hard. Order number 50 at 4:29 on August 21. This is so sad asked for fresh and... got disappointed. They even had My daughter pull up. Whopper was a joke was not cut in half was extremely sloppy. Read more
Has got to be the longest waiting fast food I have ever had. I timed my whole drive thru experience and it took 20 minutes. The... person in the last window gave me the wrong receipt and when I mentioned it SHE got an attitude. How is this something sheshould be angry about? I wasn?t asked what I want to drink with my meal and I wasn?t asked what size. I was charged for a smalland o would?ve paid for a large. It?s safe to say I will not be back again. It took arguably 15 to 20 minutes to add lettuce and tomatoes to a double cheeseburger. I was given the wrong food and then they... seem more preoccupied with reclaiming the cold bad food then getting my sandwich correct because on the second and third go itwas not correct nor was it warm. It's been a while since I've going to scathing review but the crew was quite literally moreconcerned with the smoking of blunts than their preparation of burgers. I had people dropping packs of cigars that had yet togive me my correct food. Why were the cigars even out? At the time I was pressed for time and pulled out of a McDonald'sdrive-thru because they were engaging in lower level unprofessionalism. Only to pull up to get my 20 minute flame broiled bluntburger. Completely unorganized. The cashier barely speaks English and can't input half the items on the order. One out of three... sandwiches we had to wait for, for 20 minutes. The cook said he didn't know how to male the sandwich so it just simply wasn'tmade. One employee touching money then touching bare food without cleaning hands in between. Also two other customers havingissues and one wanting a refund. Absolute trash. Burger King needs to shut their doors finally. Read more
My coworker and I ordered ahead of time and the order was not ready when we got there. On top of that I waited 15 min and nobody... asked me what I ordered. So I decided to ask them what was up with our orders and they had no idea what I was talking about.They finally found my order but not my coworkers.
