Been frequenting since this store opened and so have seen evolvement. One of those places where something on the menu will get... you as being good but not good for you in this case it?s the fries. If you?re a fan of good fries good choice here. Othernotables the buns have changed over the years to current softer bun. The angle burger today a little flat and crispy on theedges luckily the cheese kept from being too dry. Atmosphere is getting little worn and dated. Condiment dispensers broken andcould stand good deep cleaning. Final note the service charge which was explained as way to defer price increases. This is my second time coming here and the first time was great but my second time wasn?t so good order a burger and didn?t come... with a side of fries which I thought it would but didn?t I ordered fries and they were burnt none of the ice cream machine wereworking for custards and that what I ma inly came for also there was no sauces what so ever ask for ranch didn?t have it alsomustard and ketchup and buffalo sauce . The only sauces they had was barbecue, honey, mustard, and hot sauce. Me personally, Idon?t wanna put that on my burger. We have been coming to this BurgerFi for years and enjoying the vegetarian options. On our last visit, Jessica went above and... beyond, bringing a treat and fresh water bowl out to our dog who was with us. It?s so refreshing in a time like this when goodservice or even willing employees are so difficult to find to have someone go out of their way to make the experience memorable.Thank you Jessica! Just ordered pick up for the first time in years (I used to go to the one out by UCF all the time). I added cheese and bacon,... paid $3 for that, yet it wasn't put on the burger... Also this piece of lettuce is pretty embarrassing, not just the amount, orlack of rather, but the fact that it's completely wilted. Lettuce doesn't make a burger, but I would never think this would havebeen acceptable to serve. Pretty disappointed with this as it was always good for lunch, but I'm out $3 too. Read more

Love, love, LOVE this place!! Madison is the sweetest and really made our experience memorable. Super nice and accommodating and... a plus of giving my daughter volleyball advice.
