If you make a commercial saying, ?It?s all about the little things., you should actually take care of customers. You should do... things as simple as to make well done fries for your customers. It?s a joke to hide behind any excuse to not take care of yourcustomers in this way. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way from now on to go to a Chick-Fil-A who truly cares about theircustomers. I hate to say it, but this was a bad experience. Registers were not working. Finally it worked. Order was incomplete. When we... fixed that issue the order was still wrong. I love chic fil a. It?s my favorite place to eat for fast food. I would rate lower but the food was still good. So many phones... distracting. The person at the booth did not even acknowledge me ask me if I wanted a receipt or ask if I needed sauce. Theperson who took my order rushed when there was no line. Wasn?t ready to scan my points. I love stopping here to eat every time i go to trader joe's. Staff is friendly, the wait time is not long. Daniel, one of the... manager's on staff is very friendly with great sense of humor and definitely aim to live up to the motto of chic-fil-aconcerning serving the customer. Chick-fil-A food speaks for itself? we all know that it?s the BEST. This location is full of kind, efficient people who... recognize their own mistakes before they?re an issue. In the drive through, the attendant thought she heard ?no tomatoes?, butI said ?no mayo?. At the window, that attendant went through my order and the options with me diligently even though it wasdinner rush and the line of cars was a mile long. She recognized the mistake and had my sandwich remade all prior to taking mymoney. Excellent service by smart, caring folks! Read more
Yikes. 5-stars if I was rating for apathy. The guy that took our order? I nearly checked his pulse. Watched two employees on... their phones while behind the food counter, one actually had it on the food counter and was leaned over just perusing her phone.She was literally leaning over the food counter with her phone on the counter. Both of them were touching their phones and thennot washing their hands as they worked. Gross. Cheese on sandwich would not melt - sandwich was not hot. One employee swepttrash around like he was playing hockey while other employees laughed. No greeting as we entered, and no salutations as weleft. Employees seem to have plenty of personality for each other and 0% personality for guests. Great job hiring. Read more
First bad service experience at a Chik-fil-A. The server was most unwelcoming and seemed generally annoyed. She managed to mess... up my order in addition to her distasteful attitude. However, the manager was great, the only saving grace. Also, all tables hada vase filled with flowers. Very nice ambience. Read more
